I like the original beef daddy and the fries and tots are great. Been coming here for years. Unfortunately, not any longer. I called in an order for a beef daddy, large fry and large tot and expected to pay around $22. On the phone the girl didn't give me a total or a timeframe for the order before the call ended.
Upon arrival she told me I owed $27. I tried to figure it out by looking up at the menu scrolling by on the overhead board and came to $22. She told me the prices were higher and that she'd put a new menu in the bag.
When I got home I looked at the new menu and it was same as the online price and prices I saw on the board at the restaurant. It was not a new menu.... I decided to call and speak with manager/owner to let them know the prices aren't being reflected properly. I didn't want anything, I just wanted them to run the way a good business should.
He immediately attacked me for letting him know and I ended the call. I don't need to support a business that treats long time customers like this. He did call back but didn't leave a message.
I hope you enjoy your meal and have the good fortune not to interact with the manager/owner on your visit... make sure you...
Read moreTakes a lot for me to go on here and leave a review but with a meal this delicious and this hospitality, I had to. I had beef daddys for the first time today and man am I blown away. I was not expecting it when walking in, but was so warmly greeted by the kindest employees. They were all so cool and nice! The food was delicious. I got the chicken parm on a toasted bun and some fries. It was ready pretty fast and SO good. The fries were hand cut I believe and delicious! I’ve heard great things about the tator tots from someone as well and plan to try them next visit. Not sure if it was the owner who brought me and my friend a bag at the end but he really just made us feel like family. Everyone asked if we were doing good and how we liked the meal and was SO personable. I left telling my friend how grateful I was that he had us come there for lunch, because you’d never guess from the outside what’s waiting on the inside! I’d honestly die for that sweet older man who brought me the bag. He can come to Sunday dinner any time. 10/10 recommend coming here. I’ll be back Monday for the Meatball Sammy! Thanks Beef Daddy’s for the excellent service and food, you just gained a serious...
