Primealete Nutrition — Local services in Madison Heights

Signed up for a monthly Subscription. Food was great but the Customer Service needs a lot of work!

1. Price jumped up $30 and the customers were not made aware via email or even when I stepped in of this but just took the funds out my account.

2. Tried to cancel my subscription 4 TIMES! Went inside, called and emailed TWICE and nothing! When I went in and called, the guy told me that it was canceled. All I wanted was an EMAIL CONFIRMING THIS and I never got it!

I finally figured out a way to make an account and canceled it myself (SO BASCIALLY HE LIED TO ME SAYING THAT IT WAS CANCLED!) which is not a problem if I was told I could do this! I did everything inside the building, including picked up my meals so I did not know I could do this. Even the site says to email if you want to skip or cancel.

Crazy part, even after I canceled it, I still haven't gotten an email that it was canceled but I screenshot each screen.

I would never try this place again nor recommend it to anyone. WHAT A...

I’ve been a member for nearly a year, and I absolutely loved my time with Primealete Nutrition. They make eating healthy and consistently extremely easy, as with one of your plans, you go into the store and pick up as many meal preps as you like. They have a great variety of meal preps, with some of my favorites being chicken and rice, meatballs and veggies, and the meat shawarma bowl. Joining Primealete has jumpstarted my consistent eating habits, which has motivated me to get back into the gym, and I’m happy to report that I have found plenty of success! The price also cannot be beaten. They are cheaper than all other meal prep services. Best meal preps in Michigan! Tried many different places and nothing beats this places taste, quality, convenience, and prices. Plans are super affordable, meals are cheaper than buying groceries, macros are labeled on every meal, and it’s less time consuming than making food and cooking yourself. Every other place seems to have a expensive subscription and you have to take a certain amount of meals at once where as here you can grab as many as you’d like whenever you’d like at your own pace. Whether you need 1 or 6 or 20 whatever the number may be, you come in and grab from a wide variety of delicious meals and you’re not charged again until you want more which is amazing.
