So, I see all these good reviews on here, and I'm honestly baffled. I've never even been addressed by the baristas, even when I was the only person in line!
The first time, there was one woman in front of me, and both of us waited for about ten minutes. Neither of us even saw a barista until I was getting ready to leave. Then one appeared from over by the shopping carts. She saw us, but then proceeded to move super slow to behind the counter where she continued restocking cups and lids, never helping us.
When I decided to give them a second chance, I was the only person in line. There was even a barista behind the counter, but even though we made eye contact, she was too busy talking to her friend to acknowledge me.
After both of these instances, I left without having ever been helped. Furthermore, I work at a Starbucks in Ann Arbor, so I know how we're supposed to have been trained. This sort of treatment towards a customer is horrendous, and I've never seen anything like it at any coffee...

She was looking at them with such a degrading and bothered look along with treating them like they were a burden and I was, unsurprisingly, treated the exact same way along with my friend. The workerâs whole demeanor was disrespectful and sarcastic. I asked for a side of bacon for my 2 yr old and she claimed they couldnât do it. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon in it and watched her put the bacon on the sandwich thinking how she couldâve put the bacon in the bag.    Read moreIt's average for a Starbucks inside of another store. It is far from the worst Starbucks in the area, but far from the best. Sometimes if there's a long line, it can be 10-15 minutes before a person at the end gets a coffee. But this can somewhat be forgiven, because almost always there's only one person working there. More than once, I've gone there and the lights are left on but no one's there, even when the hours indicate it...
