Bello's Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

First, the positives. Bello’s has better, more diverse topic selection than another place in Madison. It’s the only place I can get anchovies and sometimes I’m craving anchovies. The delivery is prompt and the prices aren’t terrible.

Now the bad. The crust is prepackaged. It tastes premade. Like stale bread. It’s a shame because this would easily get 5 stars with a decent crust. The crust is so bad that’s all I think about while eating this otherwise awesome pizza. Sorry Bello’s — I wish I could rate you higher...

Just left bellos with bad customer service.had to wait for 2 pies for 1hr and6 min.far cry from when I ordered to expect 20 min.wait.store wasn't packed either.i understand growing pains but comeon.finally spoke to manager and he explained that dining room customers take priority over takeout orders.he tried to make it ok by giving me one half off. We love trying different pizza places and this one did not disappoint! Currently no dine in due to short staffing but no worries as there was a cute little alley right next to it with lights strung up and picnic tables. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and one that was half bacon and pepperoni and half plain cheese so that we could try a variety. They were all very good. The BBQ was awesome!
