2nd edit: they just arbitrarily decided that breakfast and side menu items are no longer being offered 3 hours before they close. I was going to let the breakfast not being offered go but the side items really upset me. Being told that "theyre understaffed" and "to go somewhere else" after i called them out on said items being offered at that time every other time ive been there was definitely not a responce i felt was appropriate either. I get it. Working late night bar hour is never fun. But there was one singular other person in the restaurant at the time in question, they were not overly busy, and they were incredibly rude about it. And this isnt the first time staff has just decided not to do something on the menu thats offered because they dont feel like it either. Ive been coming regularly and i feel like the experience gets worse and worse each time. The food, when i can get it and when its made correctly, is good. But the staff is regularly rude and not paying attention.

Read moreI ordered Conrad's from Uber Eats last night and even though my experience with Uber Eats was negative. My experience with the restaurant was almost perfect.
Long store short, I had a late night delivery that took an hour and a half to be delivered and it showed up and wasn't even my order. Not Conrad's fault as the delivery driver was at fault here. I requested my money back from Uber.
I did however call the restaurant and tell them about the situation and the gentleman on the phone handled me perfectly. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He apologized to me and offered to remake my order. Even though late, we decided to drive over and take advantage of his kind offer and he did not charge us. He made up for Ubers mistake. The only negative was that I did order two pops and they weren't in the bag but maybe I was suppose to grab them myself.
