Gorgeous view and the fires will be nice in cold weather. Unfortunately though it had just rained when we went so we opted for indoors. The furniture/decor was retro and kind of cool. Layout was a bit confusing though. You had to place your order yourself and then they give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. Not a big deal but it was sort of crowded and hard to navigate back and forth from bar to the area where we sat. The food was actually pretty good and better than I was expecting. I personally loved the cheese curds but a few people in my group did not. One person did not like the spice and a few others did thought there was too much cheese and not enough breading. The spicy chicken sandwich good although a bit messy to eat. The grain bowl was good but had too much sauce which ruined the flavor of the other ingredients. The drink menu was pretty limited. Also, a few people in our group ordered a spiced cider. It was supposed to be a hot drink but the cider was room temperature. The bartender remade it for them but it was disappointing that they would leave cider out for so long that it got cold and then still try to serve it.

Myself and five other friends visited this restaurant on a Saturday night, around 8pm. It was about half full. Atmosphere: The restaurant is located on the 7th floor, so you will need to take the elevator up. Outside the elevator is a really cool outdoor patio area with chairs, table and a couch. This would be a cool place to hang out on a summer night. The inside of the restaurant is a 70s theme upnorth cabin feel. There are board games and a huge connect 4 game board which was really cool. Food: Out of our group of 6, we all ordered either a hamburger or chicken sandwich. They tasted good but were absolutely drenched in grease. We also ordered a side of fried pickles which were pretty good. There is a $10 minimum to use your credit or debit card so you will have to order more than one item. The reason I am downgrading the restaurant overall is because out of 6 people, 4 of us got violently ill. Most of us were up all night either vomiting or....other food poisoning symptoms of you get my meaning. Also none of us were drinking that night. I would go back to hang out here but am scared to eat the food.

We stopped up at the roof because we were staying at the Graduate, just to see what it was all about. While we didn’t get anything to eat or drink, the view from up here is fantastic! Like The Graduate, this bar holds very true to its “camp” theme. The decor is spot-on and makes you feel like you’re at summer camp in all the best ways. There are board games, a fair amount of patio seating, and excellent thematic touches. Even though we didn’t get anything, the staff was authentic and welcoming. We hope to stop back and enjoy some grub!

Before I continue to write this review, I want you to know I tried to work this out with management and it was an epic fail. The 3 of us were impressed with the place when we walked in. We found out we have to prepay and tip before even receiving our food. We waited over 30 minutes for salads on a small plate that had wilted lettuce! In addition, those salads were around $17 and they are tiny too. The 3rd girl didn't get her fried chicken sandwich for an additional 15 minutes. We sat there waiting for her to get her chicken sandwich while we were starving. I actually had to go get it myself from the cook's area!!! We came in around 2:45pm and there 4 customers besides us and 3 people that I saw working. They can't make the excuse that they were short staffed!

I emailed management and they did say they would give me a refund. That was a lie. I have been following up since 8/21 and there have been nothing but excuses to why we have not been refunded. They could have done it via ACH or by sending a check if they really wanted to work it out. Today is the 8/31 and they have also been ignoring me for 3 days now.

If your going to go here, just come for the small overpriced drinks and the view. Pay with cash and tip them at the end. I personally will never come back.

Camp Trippalindee please don't respond to this review with another fake apology. Me and my friends feel manipulated and disappointed. It's too bad that a restaurant with so much potential is...

My girlfriend and I wanted to go somewhere new, so we went to Camp Trippalindee. It is on the top floor of the Graduate Hotel building. There are actually two different elevators you can use to get up there. We used the main one. When we got out, the firepits were in front of us with a big group of people around one. There were doors behind them, but nothing delineating them as the main/front doors. To the immediate left was a pathway, so we took that and found another door that went in. It was a cold night and it felt inviting and warm inside. We found a place to sit and got drinks. Camp Trippalindee is decorated like a summer camp cabin/lodge in the woods. It was kitschy and great. They have board games, so we played some games by ourselves and enjoyed our drinks, which were quite tasty. My girlfriend had two of the "juices" which came in plastic pouches with straws. We just got snacks, because sadly the kitchen had already closed. House made chips for me and chips and guacamole for my girlfriend. They were good. We really wanted the Impossible Burger that they carry, but it wasn't to be this time. We really liked this place, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, the lighting was subdued and it was warm and cozy. The atmosphere was just so inviting and mellow. Next time we go, we will try the Smores over the fire and get there early enough for the burgers. As for the name of this place, I'm sure you can...
