had the worst experience 5/11 around 5 or 6pm ... took a friend who never had babcock ice cream and was telling her how it is one of the best ice creams around ... I ordered two scoops of two different ice cream flavors in a waffle cone... the man only gave me one of the ice cream flavors even after I repeated the two that I wanted ... but the worst part is ... it was like shaved ice with ice chunks in it... kinda like ice milk... definitely wasn't ice cream ... it was all ice crystals/ice chunks ... my friend didn't eat hers at all... I ate some of mine ... tossed the rest... we had walked away outside or I would have went back to the counter... it was a crummy experience with it melting all over the place because it was all water! ... I don't know why the man working would scoop up all the ice crystals instead of giving us the real ice cream ... maybe he just didn't care?... maybe he was being a jerk? ... maybe your freezers weren't working properly?... we did not get what was paid for... I will just stick with The Chocolate Shop because they have people working there who know the difference between ice crystals and ice cream and Chocolate Shop honestly taste better than...

There was a worker here I believe the name was Natalie. Possibly full name Natalia ? She was the best of the best. Cutest sweetest employee I’ve ever met she scooped the ice cream and blended the smoothie so well. She scooped the ice cream so fluently too. Definitely gaining muscles over time from her hard work. The ball of ice cream came out perfectly into the cup it was a dream. She did mentioned something about her back hurting and I imagine it does because of all that hard work. I suggest they look into high quality sleek back braces for the employees to insure the best scooping behavior. Loved this place 10/10 would go back. First time I have ever liked the flavors I tasted so much that I ordered both. 😀 I always like to taste a couple of new flavors whenever I get ice cream, but more often than not, I fall back to old favorites. My daughter had said I needed to try the Orange Chocolate Chip and the Bec-Key Lime Pie also caught my eye. Both were so good I had to get a scoop of each! Very creamy and tasty and the scoops were so large I thought for a second the young lady had misunderstood and was giving me two of the first flavor.
