Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

I placed an order on Domino’s website and then remembered I needed something else so I placed in a second order right after the first within minutes so I wanted to call the store to let them know they were both orders for the same address so no confusion and they would get the same driver to bring them both. I have been trying to call the store for the last 15 to 20 minutes with no answer it goes directly to voicemail saying the store is closed and I’ve contacted customer service just to see if they are even really open or if they are closed in their Covid hours are different than the online ones. I ordered some food from a different delivery service because it’s getting late, I have seen many locations and other businesses have shorter hours than displayed on Google so I’m assuming that’s the case. I hope the Peter doesn’t come now because I don’t need $100 in pizza along with Chinese food lol

Think back for a second... the great pizza crash of 2012... when it seemed every reputable pizza chain experienced a ridiculous decline in product quality and customer service with a simultaneous increase in prices. I really thought this "corporate pizza depression" was to plague is in perpetuity, until I started calling the hilltop dominoes location here.

Fortunately, this dominoes location has somehow managed to make do with lackluster processed ingredients and constantly being understaffed order to deliver a pizza experience I once thought lost upon the corporate pizza giants.

My order was delivered relatively quickly and was hot and fresh, handed to me by a courteous smiling male driver who I could tell truly was grateful for the tip and not completely twisted on pills like the other pizza drivers in town.

All in all, I have to give this place 4 stars. Id give it 5 stars all day long if not for the absolutely terrible-tasting (albeit hot and fresh) oven baked bone-in wings. Go to Jendys, Red Pepperoni, or somewhere else in town that actually fries their wings, or stick with pizza/sandwiches. I promise you will have a bad time if you...

My order was supposed to be ready at 5:52, They couldn't find it. Then found that after pushing the madison In. Location multiple times, it had gone to scottsburg. I repeatedly had to ask them what they were going to and if they were even going to start my order multiple times. I had to call and cancel my order at scottsburg which will be 5-7 days. That order was 43$. I gave the girl my phone to put the order in, straight from my phone. She said they'd add extra garlic butter... they did not. There was an order for parm bites with a 2liter coke, 3 lg specialty pizzas & stuffed extra garlic butter, & parmesan bites with extra sauces. What I got was sloppy pizza's. The pizzas were sloppy and actually stuck to the box. She charged me 40$, she placed order directly from my phone. I was told after waiting over an hour, that I hadn't actually paid for the parm bites & it would be At Least ANOTHER 20 mins. I've always been a fan of dominoes. I think that ended tonight.
