I wish I had read the reviews first. The hummus was very oily. The sauces were in fact, water thin and virtually flavorless or they had entirely the wrong flavor. The naan was burnt on one side and garlic nearly raw on the other. I asked for roti and received more naan plain and burnt on one side. The Shawarma was flavorful, but dry as a bone and overheld. The falafel had good texture and consistency, but was completely flavorless. It was a little burnt as well but not terrible as far as that goes. The only good thing I ordered was the potato Samosa. Those were actually pretty decent if a little on the bland side. I attempted to contact the restaurant about the fact that I spent nearly $50 on a meal that was practically inedible and they didn’t seem to care. I would order elsewhere.
As a side note I paid 22$ for an uber to discuss the food with them after the restaurant hung up on me 7 times. They do not identify or generally do not answer when you call. Upon arrival the man at the counter told me I was a liar and told me to leave. He didn’t even look at the food I returned. He then kicked me out and threatened to call police.
Never order from here...

However, after experiencing some odd behavior from the cashier (eg. Complaining out loud that the item I ordered was gonna take very long to make), we realized how unorganized the place was. There was absolute chaos, and it wasn't because it was busy but because there was no decent management.
However, leaving all these things aside, when we finally got our food (about 45-50 mins in), it was not what we expected at all. The long wait left us with below average food, in both taste and quantity in terms of price. Everything seemed put together very haphazardly. There was an excess of thick chunks of lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber in almost everything we ordered. It was shocking!
Overall, we had an unpleasant experience in almost every way, I would not recommend that you go there to satisfy your Indian...
Read moreThe restaurant employee's lack of politeness was disappointing 😞; he was quite rude. Our simple inquiry was whether they accept RedCard for payment. When we asked, he responded that they do not accept RedCard and went further to describe RedCard users as "the worst people." It was puzzling why he was so impolite, especially to RedCard holders. Even if they don't accept RedCard, a simple "no" would have sufficed. Instead, they answered in an unnecessarily harsh manner.
Even when they clarified that they only accept cash, we were open to paying in cash. We are guests in Madison and had been temporarily given access to use the RedCard for meals. However, the employee's disparaging comments about RedCard users made us reconsider our lunch plans.
"We appreciate a polite attitude, and it's unfortunate that we did not experience that today. We hope the restaurant staff can maintain a more courteous demeanor in the...
