I placed an order online for delivery for my emergency pizza with some add ons... this was my second time ordering. Nothing special, nothing complicated. The driver who delivered to me for the second time , granted I've only ordered from here twice, he states "oh you looks very nice today"as he's approaching my reception desk, proceeds to hands me a bundle of receipts and say " here put a tip looks like it was forgotten!" Then proceeds to stare as I fill out the receipt, then hands me my order. This came as a shock as I was planning to tip cash and was thrown off by the demeanor and tone of the driver. I gave him a $5 tip to get him to leave. I'm not a rude person, I don't complain, and I never speak up. But tipping isn't required it should be by service if you feel you want to. I left a review on my order and called into the store not looking to get anything but to let the manager know the service her employees are providing, never got to speak with Kristi as the man on the phone stated "yea we saw the review if it's such an issue call corporate!!!" I've been a manager, and I would not stand having my employees depict my establishment as rude, selfish, and greedy with not a care for customers. Read moreAfter dozens of delivery orders, we accidentally ordered a take out when we intended ordering delivery. I placed an additional order, then called the store to ask if the take out could be added to the delivery order. The store manager, David, hung up the phone on me after he said, "great, now I will have to pay for your order, thanks a lot!!".
I called back to say that I had intended to pay for the original order. He said that he didn't believe me. I asked him for his last name. He said, " that's awfully personal - I will not give it to you".
While the food was mostly mediocre to average, there is NO WAY I would ever order from this location again, nor would I recommend anyone else getting treated this way - as a paying patron.
To make matters beyond worse is that there is no way to contact customer service without answering a ton of online questions, then being granted the possibility of sending an email to complain/inform.

Read moreWe started an online order with this Dominos location around 11:30pm (they close at 1am) and completed our order with payment around 11:55pm. On the confirmation page, it said "Delivery Time 17-27 minutes." They are located about 8 minutes from our location. Within three (3) minutes of completing the online order, we got a notification stating that the order was completed (very strange!). We were 10 mins from our place so we called the front desk to find out if any Domino's delivery person came by but we were told no. Thinking that the person left the pizza outisde our door so when we went up...NO PIZZA!!! Where is our pizza?!?! Even after 17-27 minutes, still no pizza and no one will answer the phone at the location, even though we called way before 1am, at least 30 minutes prior.
