Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mammoth Lakes

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered from domino's before from this very restaurant and it was excellent. However this time I ordered was a total let down. I ordered on a coupon two 2 topping medium pizzas and a16 parm bites,and 3 20oz diet cokes I got 2 burnt pizzas 16 parmesan bites and a 2 liter. I tried to call and it says "mail box full and can't leave a message" then says bye and hangs up. I even looked on the labels and it says thin crust on both pizzas and 3 20 oz diet cokes, I don't understand how you can put a label on a Box and still get it wrong. I have ordered from domino's in many different cities and places and by far this is the worst I have ever seen

I called next day during business hours and got a manager. I asked her about my order and she said she could remake it and I said no I wanted a refund. I asked to speak to her supervisor when she said it would take about a week and, she said that the supervisor does not live in the same town. I asked her for her supervisor to call me back and it has been 5 days and nothing has been done. I called yesterday and tried to ask about the status of of the status of my refund and once again you get ahold once again you get a voicemail...

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The people who work there totally lack any empathy to customers. I ordered a large pizza and waited in the store. The person who took order kept moving around like a joker without telling me when my order was ready. My pizza almost got cold and soggy. I asked where is my pizza and then he told me it is ready. I asked for new one as they did not tell me when it was ready to that, he just took pizza and kept aside and asked me do you want this or not. No apology, no refund and no offer for new pizza. I asked for store manager, the guy there told me I am fernando and I am store manager. He was as well very rude. I told him I will be giving a review, he said do whatever you want. So clearly these guys don't care about customers. I am also going to complain to dominos about it. They all need to get fired. My order date was 11th July 2021 between 7pm to 9pm. On top, I ordered pizza with 3 toppings and the lady who makes pizza put everything on it. So order was also...

We placed an order online through the app that said it would take 20 minutes to be ready. We ordered delivery. Our order took an hour and a half . When the driver left the store it said it would take 27 minutes to be delivered we were staying 6 minutes away from dominos not sure why it would take that long. We were watching the gps delivery tracker and he literally passed our place. I tried calling them and their phone number is disconnected. So I decided to drive to the store as I was leaving I saw that delivery driver antonio was coming. This guy looked so far gone/high he couldn’t even make eye contact with me.
