Wow, where to start?! Joe & his team are absolutely AMAZING! We used Gingerbabies for our wedding and everything went perfect. Leading up to the wedding I was in communication with Joe via phone and email (although for a while I thought he wasn’t responding because his emails were going into my spam folder! Once we realized this all was great!).

Joe worked with me diligently to create the unique menu I was looking for to “wow” our guests. All throughout the wedding day and since then we’ve received numerous complements on how amazing the food was and how great the catering staff treated everyone.

I must also give a shout out to Joe’s entire staff the day of our wedding. They checked in with me a few times throughout the night just to make sure I was happy with everything or if I needing anything. At the end of the night they REALLY went above and beyond and helped my family to pack up the cars with decor/gifts/etc. Hearing about this the next day really “wow’d” me and has me only ever considering Gingerbabies for any future catering needs.

The cherry on top was that at the end of the breakfast buffet for dinner they boxed up the leftovers for us to take with us!!! I have never heard of another catering company doing this free of charge...we were able to feed our whole family the next morning for breakfast!

I really feel that Joe & his team do everything they can to make your event no matter how big or small go BETTER than your expectations. I am very impressed and hope to see them...

My wife and I went with Ginger babies as a caterer for our wedding. We met with Joe last year, and we were able to iron out a menu that suited our tastes and budget. He was very easy to work with, and made sure to broach any potentially hard questions that could turn into headaches later. His professionalism really put us at ease, and showed that he truly cared about the quality of his service. When the wedding day started coming up, and we had some last minute changes he made it stress and hassle-free.

When the big day finally arrived, we were completely blown away with the quality of service, the staff, and the food. We received non-stop compliments on how good everything tasted, and while we were running around the venue the servers and cooks were phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. My husband & I used Ginger Babies Catering for our wedding at Historic Ashland in May of 2022 with 130 wedding guests. Joe and his entire staff provided exceptional, kind service and the food was presented extremely well and tasted amazing! Joe assisted us with creating a custom package & menu that fit our budget and vision for such a large guest count and was happy to provide recommendations on the menu based on the season of our wedding. We kept with a simple cocktail hour spread and for dinner did chicken, pasta, and various sides. Joe was also happy to accommodate various food allergies for our wedding guests which was SO helpful! The only thing that was a little tricky was communication as it took a little longer to get a response to an email, but Joe always responded or called to work through whatever questions we had.
