I ordered a couple drinks and they gave me something I didn't order. When I told them I ordered an Iced Zen Tea, they were confused as to what it was, then explained that they had a "green tea with mint" and I reiterated that "Zen" was the name of that tea they described. The girl looked confused, looked around and said "is that what it's called, I'm not sure." They made my drink very quickly and also gave me the drink they mistakenly thought I ordered.
