Moe's Italian Sandwiches — Restaurant in Manchester

I was at this store at 250 pm on 8/7/21. The lady working was rude and grumpy to the 2 guys before me [one in a wheelchair]. I then stepped up to order 4 subs. As she was writing down the info, I told her that with one original Moe's sub, I wanted all the black olives on one half, and not the other, as I was splitting it with someone who doesn't eat them. She then told me that "that's not how we do things here" I told her it's not that difficult. You go half way, stop and go back. There's nothing extra that I'm getting.She then said"then you get no olives.' It went downhill from there. Made my last trip to this Moe’s location today as it is consistently subpar, compared with all the other locations in this small New England chain. I go here primarily for the fresh bread. Unfortunately, during my past few visits to this location, the bread has been at least a day old and stale which ruins the entire sandwich. I also find it annoying that for at least a year now, they don’t let customers use the restroom, despite the fact that they have sit down dining. When I asked if I could simply wash my dirty hands before eating, they declined and offered me a napkin instead. Heard good things about the sandwiches. But honestly was afraid to eat mine. Food handling was not proper. Same gloves for all the sandwiches made (had about 8 on the go, so allergies beware) and even when into fridges, chopping lettuce, picked up phone with all the same gloves. There was an argument going on between the two women working which continued for the entire 20+ minutes I was waiting. Extremely awkward and unprofessional on both parts.
