Nadeau's Subs Salads Wraps — Restaurant in Manchester

If there was a negative star I would give that. Nadeau's on Cahill ave used to be our favorite place to go for subs, as no one could beat how amazingly delicious their steak tip subs were, among a lot of other items they offer. However the time before our last time had been disappointing. And this last time WILL be our last. Before this one the food wasn't great but wasn't bad, their help however was quite nasty. This time we all ordered identical subs drove 25 min to get there, picked them up and drove back home only to find out that they were made wrong. Called and was told they would make it right if I came all the way back. I explained that some of them ate a part of theirs already and was told to just bring it all back and they would be remade. I didn't expect them to even offer to do anything about the ones that were part ate, but the manager Jeremy assured me if i brought everything back they would remake it for us, telling me he just wanted ro make it right. I also explained that i was a bit far and made sure they still had time before they close. He assured me they did. So Considering that we just spent over $100 on food that some of us now couldn't eat and Jeremy assured me he wanted to remake them himself and make sure it was made right. I drove all way back there only to be told by the manager Jeremy that we were wrong and the cheese was just soupy and wet, and that it did not have mayo in it. 5 people tasted mayo and because it was not spread to the edge of the bread he argued that there was none and they would not remake any of them or buy them back or do ANYTHING to try to make this right. So not only did I waste fuel and time driving there twice but also over $100 on food we had to throw out. Besides having mayo on them someone had also pawed thu them (with gloves on but still not eating that). I dont know about you, but throwing away...

I went fir first time today with my husband since everyone seems to rave at work about this place..i had to repeat the order 3 times..and 2 times to get it correct .i ordered 2 orders of waffle fries. And there was 6 waffle fries in each order plus i also ordered 2 steak and cheese subs. And a steak tip all large. All the steaks should have a good qaunity of meat on it..they didnt. Plus. . .none of the 3 subs were cut in half. Thats usually done ..in courtesy. Its lf.sub..seriously....then i walked over to get napkins and few things ketchup and cook and all kids behind counter watched me like i was going to steal .the salt shaker...and tons of napkins...because i didnt tip...the service was terrible..kid on register even if was new ..had no clue. I said American cheese like 3 times. .which it comes with. .anyways. they didnt ask if wanted break toasted..or ..even wrap the subs correctly. I opened the bag to sort out the subs and half of my steak cheese and mushroom was on bottom of the bag.....i will never try this place again or...

This place knows how to make a New England Steak n' Cheese! Everyone else listen up close... You're supposed to 'melt' the cheese 'in' the steak just as it's done cooking 'before' it goes in the roll. Seems simple enough lol, but I can't tell you how many times I've gotten a pile of tasteless steak crumbs with a piece of cold cheese sitting in the roll in Manchester area establishments. Nadeau's does it up proper! I recommend if you are in the mood for a real New England Steak n' Cheese sub (or Philly if you prefer) in the South Willow area. The only other food I've ordered here (because this is one of my Steak n' Cheese spots) are the chicken strips/tenders (twice) and the waffle-fries with cheese dipping sauce (three times). The chicken is crispy and juicy and the portion is huge with tasty dipping sauces. The waffle-fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned with a gooey cheesy dipping sauce which, let's be honest, is making my mouth water right now. Keep up the great food especially those Steak n'...
