I waited over 17 minutes for a frappe and sandwich. I stood in front of the pick up watching the employees call out every other name but mine. After waiting 17 minutes the staff finally ask what am I waiting for. I tell them and they walk down and point to the sandwich. I said I checked there 12 minutes ago and nothing was there and I’ve been standing in front and you never called my name. Worker acknowledges that she never called my name and walked away. I asked another staff member to redo my sandwich because it’s been sitting there for however long. I watch the staff member go and re heat my sandwich. I said to the employee that I asked for it to be done over and she lies to my face and says that she did do it over. I told her I just watched her re heat it and she says yes I did reward it. I said I asked that it be redone. The majority of the staff at this point you can tell has a whole attitude. The staff member ask me for the 2nd time why I need it re done. I explained to her that I’ve been standing here for over 15 minutes in the front watching staff call out everyone else name but mine and the sandwich was sitting there for I don’t know how long but too long for comfort. Read moreI usually do not do reviews, but while having a quick business meeting with a partner, we decided to enjoy Starbucks. Upon putting our mobile orders in, we entered and sat to wait. During the duration of our drinks being made, the entire staff began to complain, comment, and insult us based on our drink orders and names. As we sat attempting to get through our business, they continued to ridicule the menu and make comments about us (whom they have never met and clearly did not recognize as the customers of the drinks). Even once we received our drinks at the counter, which was incredibly awkward, they proceeded to laugh loudly together about how we probably heard them. They also used foul language. I understand being busy and frustrated, but there was only one other individual in the store and it seemed they were upset to be working on the nice day. Again, I do not usually review, but my partner and myself have never experienced something so childish and offensive in all of our experiences. I was in customer service for 10 years myself and I would never be so bold or inhumane as to openly speak poorly or complain about a customer in the open of a public place.

Read moreI arrived at this Starbucks at 10am, there was a big line for drive thru. So I went in and ordered and there was about 8 employees working. There were about five people waiting. Within 20 minutes the place was packed, they had about 15 stickers on counter for mobile orders and nothing seemed to be happening. Lots of yelling "who's waiting for mobile orders?!" None of the five people that were on line ahead of me were getting drinks and each time a new mobile order printed out they were seemingly the most important orders. But they were putting new mobile orders in front of people now waiting 20 minutes. It was chaotic and poorly managed. I received my sandwich within 10 minutes and the one cold drink within 15 minutes. My two other drinks were no where to be found. The girl who took my order and a person that just arrived still just yelling about mobile orders. At 22 minutes I asked for a reimbursement for the other two drinks. I could not leave the parking lot because the drive through was now around the building so now stuck for another 7 minutes. Not a pleasant experience and no one really leading this store.
