I rarely have complaints about restaurants in the area, and actually the food was very well prepared. However, the management was horrible. Katrina Glaspie, the GM, took control of my order halfway through the order that Tim had been previously taking. I have no idea why she did, but from that point on my experience changed. She repeated my order to me and when I thought she had it wrong, I corrected her. She then said "That's what I said ma'am," in a very smug tone. She was also trying to "kill me with kindness," which in turn was very rude. Then, as I'm putting my change in my purse which took me less than 30 seconds, she opened the drive thru window with the next persons order in hand, and waited for me to leave. I have never experienced this kind of service anywhere, and I am still shocked to learn that she is the GM. This happened at 2:40pm on 5/12/15. I will never be back to Freddie's because of that one horrible experience. Good...

Read moreWe ordered 2 combo meals and a side oder of onion rings for dine in. We received 1 combo order and the other burger. When we picked up at the window we were told they were out of onion rings, keep in mind the employee taking our order had no knowledge of this. The gentleman at the pickup station asked if weâd like to replace the onion rings with fries or cheese curds. We requested replacement with cheese curds. We never got the cheese curds. After eating our meal I asked to speak with a manager. I told her the issues and she said they should have offered a replacement. We told her we never received it and she was very short when we asked for a refund on the onion rings. This is not the first time we have dealt with this and they are never âhappyâ to deal with correcting your order. Food is good. Service is lacking and has definitely...
