Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza Manitou Springs — Restaurant in Manitou Springs

I recently had an utterly disappointing experience here. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this establishment was going to be a letdown.

First and foremost, the pizza was a complete disaster. It arrived at our table cold, which is inexcusable for any restaurant, let alone a pizzeria. The crust was limp, and the toppings were sparse and tasteless. The sauce lacked any semblance of flavor, and the cheese was rubbery and unpleasant. The garlic knots, which should have been a highlight, were more akin to the smell of rancid garlic. It was one of the most unappetizing pizzas I’ve ever had the misfortune of tasting.

The service was equally abysmal. The staff were incredibly rude from the start, making several snide comments about us. When it came time to pay, they openly criticized us for not leaving a substantial tip (apparently18% for a pizza for two people is cheep) implying that anything less than 50% was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they complained about us to the other table in the restaurant, which was both unprofessional and offensive. No wonder no one else came into this restaurant the whole time we where there.

Overall, my experience at Hells Kitchen Pizza was horrendous. The food was gross and flavorless, and the service was atrocious. I strongly advise against eating here. There are plenty of other places where you can get a decent meal and be treated with respect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

It is clear that either these review are paid for, the service and quality and substantial decreased, or people have lost their minds about what a restaurant should be.

This place is absolute garbage. There are two things going here... 1. The people in Manitou Springs have no clue what good service and pizza is OR 2. All of these reviews on here have been paid for making it seem like this place is worth your time.

Upon entering I seated my date and proceeded to the counter where I was told (being conservative here) about 20 times we'll be right with you. They kept working and no one bothered to stop and take our order. 15-20 minutes later finally we get an order in. Small 16" pepperoni pizza. Not hard right? Think again...

After waiting 30 minutes sitting in their dinning room I go back up to ask what's going on with our pizza. I get... Oh no worries man it only takes 10 mins to cook. Ya ok buddy but we've been sitting here and placed our order 30 minutes ago. Oh it's just going in the oven right now. What???!! We were in the dinning room with 2 other tables and it took those incompetent workers 40 minutes to just stick our pizza in the oven?! Whatever...

16" pepperoni pizza arrives 40 minutes later from ordering in, and it's a pile of garbage swimming in a pool of grease. Worthless service and food. Had I know this I'd rather give that $20 to some homeless people instead.

Oh while you're there take notice of all the long haired employees with no hair nets. Hint... It's every single one of the employees working there. I believe we even saw one worker in his pajamas. I rarely leave 1 stars and when I do it's absolutely warranted. This place doesn't even...

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Hell's Kitchen Pizza, and while the food and service were enjoyable, there were a few aspects of the experience that left me with mixed feelings.

Firstly, the pizza itself was quite good. The crust was well-cooked, and the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. It's clear that the kitchen takes pride in the quality of their offerings.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our orders were taken promptly and that we were satisfied with our meal. This contributed to an overall positive dining experience.

However, I found the prices to be slightly higher than I would have expected given the quality of the food and the casual atmosphere of the restaurant. While not exorbitant, the cost seemed a bit out of proportion to what was offered.

In addition, the soda fountain appeared to be in need of maintenance, as the drinks were watered down and lacked the expected flavor. This detracted from the overall experience and is something I hope management addresses in the near future.

Overall, my visit to Hell's Kitchen Pizza was a decent dining experience. With tasty pizza, friendly service, and some minor improvements to pricing and facility maintenance, this restaurant has the potential to stand out even more among its...
