I couldn’t have had a more perfect time here. Every piece of jewelry is organized and clean and pure. The owner herself helped me and made sure to answer my questions. I'm delighted to have purchased from a locally-owned establishment with great prices and great pieces. Will be back as soon as I can!

Update: I tried to return to this shop but the parking in Manitou is a bear, so I called them instead and asked if they'd be willing to ship some jewelry to me. Not only did Tanya work with me to make sure I had clear pictures (along with prices and sizes), she shipped my rings priority that day. This may be my first and last stop for jewelry for as long as I'm in Colorado. FANTASTIC customer service and lots of pieces to choose...

I stopped by this place when I was in town on vacation. They have a great selection and the sales lady couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. I bought a pendant for a friend and she loved it. However, I called to see if it would be possible to find out who the artist was or get any information on the piece, and I was literally laughed at. She said she was the owner and would never be able to find out that information. She was rude and patronizing, talking to me as if I were a kid. I’m not sure why someone would feel the need to treat a customer like that. I’d have given the shop itself and the sales lady 5 stars but after my experience with the owner, I...

Had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry shop! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and we ended up finding my new wedding band here. It’s stunning—and at a great price too!

I had to laugh because as soon as one of the salespeople went to lunch, the store got busy, leaving just one sales lady. But she handled it like a pro—she was so kind and professional, making sure everyone was taken care of without missing a beat.

And I have to mention the stool they have for husbands to wait—the message was funny.
