Forgot to mention in the name of the store that I needed to post that I was having problems with the walnut apple. It is the Mansfield store the manager which she says he’s he owns it. He acted real prejudice. Need to get someone else to run that store never had any problems there, but I could not believe he as a manager stated that no one liked me at the store that I complain too much. No one never said nothing. I made my orders pay for them over the phone we needed to again like I said I wish they would’ve told me. It was a problem for me buying apples there I would’ve stopped months ago. It was not the Rockwall store. It is the Mansfield store if I could not give it a star I would in order for me to post. I have to place a store. Awful experience never had this ever in my life.
Then why was the manager going to the back, of the store throwing the apples in the trash, knowing that he gave me some bad apples that were messed up with the caramel falling off why were people leaving the store? That is not good customer service for anyone to be in a place of business, knowing that I come there every week with no problem and there is a Miss Sarah that worked there that’s always polite to me and he stated that she did not like me at all, but still don’t worry I will never come to the store again had no one never to treat me that way hate I didn’t have a picture of the apples so everyone can see them. I drove from way downtown Dallas just to come over there to get apples from you guys practically every week. But it’s OK. God has his hands on this. I will never return to the store ever like he stated. And I do not have to lie if he was not prejudiced and why did he treat me that way why was he talking to me like that? Why was he yelling at me in front of the customer who does that? There’s no such thing a false accused when you see this happening and you seeing customers leaving the store because the manager was acting unprofessional. There’s no need to lie, but I have prayed to God for him As a manager to have better spirits to come upon him good luck with that and again I promise you I’ll never be back since he says no one in the store likes me and I’m spending a lot of money every week grown people and professional people do not do this with other people in the store and they leaving because of the way he was acting and This is not outrageous. This is the truth. That’s the only reason why I’m posting eveyone else has never treated me like that in a store only him complaining that no one likes me when I come to the store and I asked him if he felt that way why didn’t nobody never say that when I come and make orders but again this is my last post. I don’t care what you say there was customers In the store that saw all this happen standing outside, looking very unprofessional again, like I said there’s no need to lie. We are all grown here, so don’t make it look like I come into your store and cause a problem which I never have but when a manager does that go to the back walking and throw your apples in the trash because they messed them up and the caramel fallen all off of it and the nuts falling off of it that’s not my fault and I sit there an hour and they should’ve been made before that time. I said that I was gonna get there at 2 PM called the end of the day before I’m not gonna keep carrying this on. He knows the truth, And you will on your judgment...

We came through on a weekday in the evening and waited roughly 5 minutes to be served due to the line from everyone wanting ice cream. Inside, there are tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy your dessert and also have restrooms on site as well. They have many menus posted up about their signature creations, which involve ice cream that is mixed with other ingredients such as cookies, sprinkles, and other various toppings. They also have a display case showcasing all the ice cream flavors they carry and are willing to give you any sample you would like. We went ahead and sampled the cotton candy and mint chocolate chip in which they tasted amazing but went ahead and ordered the Oreo overload, which consisted of double oreo cookies, chocolate chips and fudge in sweet cream. We also got the birthday cake remix, which was a cake batter ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, brownies, and fudge. We went ahead and got one in a waffle cone and the other in a cup.
The ice cream was rich and creamy and definitely lived up to its name. It was packed with flavor, and the toppings played a tremendous role in the making. The brownie was nice and moist and complemented the cake batter, while the sprinkles gave a nice sugary taste in every bite. All of the staff and employees were super attentive and were eager to serve us. The store manager was even on site helping out getting the line moving and promoting their fabulous reward card program. Overall, it was definitely a sweet treat to have, and I'm looking forward to enjoying another one soon or maybe trying some of the candy apples, caramel, and fudge...
Read moreWe purchased the $13.99 cupcakes at work on their site on 2/6/24.. it showed they were in stock so we paid and arrived at our pick up time to be told there was none in stock. (Them calling to warn us would have been nice). So we ask for a refund and are told we have to wait.... which we do. Several days go by and still no refund, so we speak to manager William who tells us to call back on 2/16/24 if it still hasn't been received, so we do only to be greeted by a big temper tantrum. The manager William yelled at us, didn't allow us to get a word in and then hung up on us. All for us asking for either a refund or for the actual cupcakes which we paid for over 10 Days ago! I've never encountered such a childish and immature individual who thinks it's okay to verbally abuse customers. If you look at the reviews on here many mention him by name so I'm shocked he's still there. We will never return to this location, and if he's angry over us reporting him he'll be surely unhappy to see the BBB review he's about to get. Go get manager training so you'll be prepared to deal with people asking for items they've already purchased.
It is now 02/23/24 and they have still not refunded me for the $13.99 cupcakes I paid for and they didn't have in stock. NEVER buy from them from their website. They will steal your money and never give you what you paid for...
