Wow this place has gone downhill. I remember when this was one of the only Chipotle's in the suburbs, now it has been reduced to a complete dump of incompetent employees who seemingly have no training at all or just don't care.
Dined in recently and had to wait 20 minutes to get one bowl, with only about 3 or 4 people in front of me. The lady at the start of the line was actually working hard, but everyone else was doing absolutely nothing. The guy who i presume was the manager on duty was standing and talking/joking with the cashier the entire time the line backed up instead of helping the guy on the salsas who was clearly a new employee. Then he walks over and complains to the lady at the start of the line saying she should have stopped what she was doing and helped with him on the other end of the line to get the bowls completed so the customers could leave earlier, when in reality she was the only one in this entire place who was working while everyone else did absolutely nothing. Complete incompetence, and i was already frustrated for her and i could sense her frustration as well with him. Whoever this guy is needs to be canned, and this lady needs a raise.
Then i got to the register and they forgot one of my items. After i already paid i noticed it (not really my job to monitor and make sure they put everything in the bag, now is it?) and the short young girl at the register, who by the way had been standing there doing nothing the entire time the line backed up, told me i had to pay separately for it. It was a freaking tortilla, like really? I see people get like 2-3 tortillas all the time on burritos without charge and i have been ordering a tortilla on the side for like 2 months now without being charged. As if the food prices aren't already high enough, that a multi billion dollar corporation like chipotle really has to charge a customer for a tortilla?
The best part is when i told her I had already waited in line for 20 minutes for one bowl and that i wasn't getting my wallet out again to swipe my card for a 60 cent tortilla, she threw it away right in front of me. No wonder the food costs are so high, Chipotle seems to think that throwing away food in front of customers instead of just making a gesture to rectify their wrong doings is the way to handle things. This has got to be one of the most ridiculous displays of poor manors and lack of any customer service skills i have ever seen. If i was the franchise owner or DM, i would probably fire this girl just for this one thing alone.
This lack of training also seemed to step to the crew in the back, with the napkins being completely empty and there weren't any customers even sitting at the tables, but yet instead of stocking the napkins there was a girl wiping down tables that weren't even dirty and talking to other employees. Wouldn't it make more sense to make sure customers are able to get napkins, and not worry about tables that are clean when there aren't any people even eating in the restaurant? All the people who were doing nothing on the line the entire time could have helped with that. I guess the manager on duty was just too oblivious to realize that.
I was astounded that they were so rude and careless that they wanted to charge a customer for a petty item like that after such a long wait dealing with their terrible crew. I have also had several people complain to me about how awful the service is at this location, but honestly after this encounter i think I am just done with chipotle in general. Clearly they have lost the plot when it comes to training employees and they are just hoping people keep coming and coming due to their name at this point.

Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. This is By far the Worst Location That I have ever been too. From the unsafe food to the the unclean store to the horrible customer service. I can in to this store on 05/15/22 and the lettuce was pink , the beans were dried out and crusty. And the store was in horrible conditions. I ask the lady why was the lettuce pink and she said “oh when we rinsed the lettuce and it’s been sitting out for a long time it turned pink”. I proceeded to believe her and just didn’t get lettuce or beans and drove home. I love no more then 5 mins away and my food was completely cold when I got home. You would think that it came out of the freezer. One of my burritos has crunchy cheese. Which indicates to me that it was old. And my bowl was horrible from the meet being mushy and cold to the rice being crunchy. I couldn’t even finish eating it and of course their phones don’t work so I could get ahold of anyone. I called multiple times the next day and no luck.
I thought that the worst part of this store was it’s food and it’s dirty store but no it gets worst. I went back to the store at 12pm and asked for a store manager and Claribel said that she was the manager. She was also in the store last night. So I didn’t feel comfortable with talking to her so I asked for a GM a STORE MANAGER. Because Clairbel also had a look on her face that she didn’t care. She went to the back and stayed back there for 5 mins and then came back with who I thought was the store manager. And the clairbel girl came back laughing. I told her about the lettuce and she said “it came like that.” I work with food and I can tell you that lettuce should never come pink. So then I asked the girl Wendy (“Store manager”) if she was the store manager multiple times and she said yes. I asked for a refund because now I’m upset because I know she is lying. She told me even though I know exactly what time I can and I have picture proof that I was there of the lettuce. And that I have the card that I paid with that she couldn’t help me. Side note this girl isn’t the store manager she is not the GM. Through the whole time they thought this was the funniest thing in the world. I never got a chance to talk to the actual store manager. And I feel insulted.

I wanna start out by saying i go to Chipotle everyday and eat lunch or dinner, I also have worked for this location in the past for several months. iv never had an issue with this location in the past. Lets begin my Review... The steak was almost purple. Which by any standard is raw and uncooked. The line server (male) said it was medium rare. Then said The heater on the line will cook it eventually. Then i proceeded to get a chicken burrito. I asked him to drain my black beans he did not. Once i got Asked what meat i want; i asked for chicken. He gave me less then 4 ounces. A full scoop is four ounces of meat. he gave me half. I told him that i didn't receive 4 ounces and he argues with me. I told him i do not want the burrito. As i was leaving the store he told me to no come back anymore. As i hope they fire the line server he was very disrespectful and his customer service was worse then a Mc Donalds drive through at night. Thanks for listening and i hope you all go to the location by target in maple grove. They do a lot better job. Update: called General Manager Jesse Hanner. He made up for majority of my experience their. But Charles the line server was infuriated and called me a liar. Then began to lie and say i asked if i wanted the steak re-cooked.. Which he never stated. His demeanor changed and told me "are you calling me a liar". i replied yes. He continued to stare at me with fury in his eyes as if he wanted to beat me down to a pulp.
