two items missing from order. My mother-in-law who received the order called and spoke to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do.
this forced me to call and talk to Aaron. I asked his name and if he could pull up the order. He said he could. I asked if they could deliver the order he said yes, he would have to call doordash and have them come and bring the order. And if there were any other problems but there should not be I could call back. I said so you will send the order? The reply Yes and laughter. I asked why the laughter? He said he did not like my attitude, and I was loud.
I said i am on speaker phone in a loud area. I also asked what could I do to make his experience of fixing their mistake better? What could I do?
Why should I have to ask this to a manager??
Panera makes a mistake. I said I don't know what attitude you perceive I have only asked 3 questions on this call. I am calling to get food for my family. What could I have done better? I guess they don't like it if you call from speaker phone.
This store makes mistakes all the time, but I don't write a review. The attitude of this manger was deplorable.
I am sorry Aaron, you get one chance to not laugh at a customer and fix a mistake your company made. Instead of telling the first person who calls you can do nothing to fix it, and then laughing at the second...
Read moreim usually a big panera fan, but like some other reviewers i would pass on this branch, i got a chicken caeasar salad, service was prompt. but as i began to eat, i noticed a hair , and than another and than another. kind of nasty. almost looked intentional, one thing is some day panera will evolve to be more like chipotle or subway where you can see the food that they put ont eh plate but even then, a server or chef with bad hygeine or morals will do their best to gross out a honest client. too bad, bad vibes i would stay away. he said he would refund it, the manager, but gave me a receipt back that said "reprint" and than said you got to give it three days you wont get charged. i feel like i should charge them tho for not being up to health code. hair in food is not just disgusting, it indicative of either intentional tampering with orders or clear bad hygiene that could be enough to warrant a serious review of this places use of the panera name. i will be checking my bank thing to make sure i get my money back, i just hope i dont get sick like everyone...

I thought that it would be quicker to call than to go to the AppStore download the app, create an account, then place an order. First off when I called in, the automated phone system would talk for a good minute before offering an order option then when I got to speak to a live person he placed me on hold for a good a couple minutes then the gal who took my order had me repeat the order 3 times before my order was complete well I could’ve just gone inside to order because I already got to Panera and she still wasn’t done taking my order. Please make it easier to place an order over the phone and please don’t let customers wait only the phone a couple minutes before giving customer before giving customers the option to...
