Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

My family and I went in to order a couple pizzas. We ordered, paid and patiently waited for our pizzas to be made. My 3 year old daughter told me she needed to go to the bathroom. So we asked the employees if they had a bathroom that she could use. The "Shift Lead" told us.. "I'm not allowed to let anyone use the bathroom." They ALL looked at my daughter in THE MOST DISGUSTING way.. as though she was nothing but filth! I was completely shocked! Because of the color of her skin (being mixed with black and various other backgrounds) she was treated with absolute disrespect! I've been to MANY other establishments.. and not once was my child rejected.. from using the employee bathroom!!!

As I left to find another bathroom for my daughter.. (thank goodness for the AMAZING cashiers at Johnsons!) the employees were still giving the rest of my family the WORST customer service. The sales lead even had the nerve to say.. after being told that my daughter may just have an accident.. "Well then let her. It's not our problem." Who in their right mind would EVER think that is okay to treat a child that way?! How humiliating and traumatizing that would be for my daughter.. if she did in fact have an accident infront of all those people. Not to mention deal with whatever nasty attitude/words would come from the employees!

Oh! And the guy.. who was constructing our pizzas.. said under his breath "What should we do with their order, since they are being difficult?" And once called out.. he blatantly lied saying "I was talking about another order." Now how would that be.. when no other customers were in the building.. and there were no phone orders being made. Nice try!

My boyfriend called the same store.. after we all left.. and asked when the store manager would be in. The employee on the phone said "They are available between 10am-7pm." My boyfriend then asked if the store manager was still there to speak to.. since it was only 7:01pm.. and the employee said "I'm the store manager." Which was a definite lie! She is the SHIFT LEAD! There was NO store manager on site when we were there!

I am HIGHLY appalled with how EVERY SINGLE employee working tonight.. treated my family.. and my daughter! As for working management myself, I would have fired each employee on the spot! Corporate well be hearing from me EVERY DAY until something has been done! I DO NOT support ANYONE or ANY PLACE.. that is RACIST and absolutely downright...

Ordered a stuffed crust chicago pizza tonight with some modifications because though my fiance can have onions, I can't. I also added mushrooms and olives, removed pepperoni and swapped it for bacon. Placed my order online and went to pick it up. It was apparently a fairly busy night. The lady in front of me was getting several pizzas and other items but other than her I was the only one in the store at that moment. The cashier was very nice, asked my name and stepped aside to make my order. When several others came in, she stepped away and others came out to help. I got my pizza and went home noticing the green onions were not on half. I thought maybe I forgot to mention this bit so no biggie, I can pick those off. I get home, bake it and cut it and not a single modification was made to the pizza. Not one. I dont know if it was the online ordering system that was flawed or if it was the attention of those making the dish. Totally bummed though :( The fiance says the pizza tastes great though. ...

Horrible!!!! We ordered a family cheese pizza for my four year olds special birthday party and my mom picked it up and brought it home to cook it and she noticed something was wrong but wasn’t sure what it was so she cooked it like normal. It was a thin crust which was definitely not what we ordered! There was like no cheese on it and it looked completely unappetizing! So I called to talk to someone about it and the lady I talked to at first said I could ether get a new one now or a free one later and since the Birthday party is now I wasn’t sure that I wanted to leave unless I really had to so she set the phone down to grab a pen and paper and then the manager gets on the phone and tells me I can ether bring this one in to exchange it or get $5 off the next one!!! What!! This is a Birthday party not like a normal pizza...
