Carbone's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maplewood

Called in to order first time from there. Someone answered decently fast. Polite staff. Food quality is ok.

I felt the pizza crust was good, cooked well. The cheese tasted a little plastic and fell off the pizza, pretty greasy. Cut into squares but overall was OK.

I ordered pasta there to try, their chicken Alfredo. Sadly to say pretty disappointing. For $10.00 the portion was pretty small for that price and extremely bland with barely much flavor, more like a kids portion. Felt like TV dinners have more flavor than that might have been an off day for them but it was pretty bad. Not much sauce and definitely not worth the money. Never will buy the pasta there again.

Overall it was OK but probably will get my pizza and pasta...

Order pizza last night …. Something wasn’t right me and my 2 children been ill all night stomachs turnt im a grown man I can handle ir but watching my kids both lay there and hold there stomach not even able to keep water down is crazy diabolical work im not sure if there not washing there hands or using old meats or cross contamination what ever it is that is straight fd up man fluids coming out of both ends 😡🤬🤬🤬🥵 use to be my go To spot now I’m on the toilet with the most sever sharp pain in my stomach won’t return to do business here they have a sanitary issue...

We ordered our pizza and when it came it was burned. I called and they told us thats how they are. I worked at a pizza place before and thats Not how they are suppose to be. They told us that they would give us $3 off on the next pizza and if we complained again that they didnt want our business again. That was the owner who said that. The owner is a serious D-bag. Because they are private owners the Carbones company cant do anything. They make the name bad. Go to the one on East 7th street. They use real pizza ovens. They deserve...
