Mediocre food at high prices. Prices would be fine if they could warm a sub for you like any other sandwhich place would. Wanted to get a mini sub warmed up. Nope. But do thet offer a mini sub version for their strictly hot subs? Nope. So they have the ability to warm a sub, but won't unless it's supposed to be. So what that tells me is it must be pre made and kept in a warmer. When we received the warm sub, it was soggy and soaked with sauce. What a mess! Oh and speaking of mess, there wasn't a clean table and napkins were empty. The floor was a disgrace all around. The bathroom was dirty too. They were rude and short with me when asking questions about the subs. It was my first time there. Definitely my last. There are plenty of workers here and it certainly isn't busy. And obviously they aren't too busy going out of there way to, say, warm a sub up or anything. A little friendliness goes a long way and the rudeness of all things is what put me off the most. Are the attitudes strictly warm or cold too? Did I miss a menu for that one too???...
Read moreGuess I should have read the reviews before coming here and wouldn't of wasted $40 but didn't think u could go wrong with Jersey Mike's. Wrong I was! Apparently, listening skills are lacking as I read other reviews before posting and "no onion" means "yes, onion" to them. Thankfully I'm not allergic to them, just hate them and even if u remove them u can still smell and taste it. The dressing they skimp you on and ingredients aside from the onions they loaded those on! The bread was so stale and was definitely not made anytime soon! Extra sauce would of helped soften it up some if ur going to serve stale bread just an FYI. I've been wanting JM for years and they were my favorite place and was so let down. 😩 Once my mouth heals from the bread cutting it up I'm not sure I want to try ANY jersey Mike's but would 100% not come back to this one and do not recommend and I'm an easy person to please! Sad paying a place full price for something that's less than...
Read moreEat at this location at least a few times a month. I am pretty busy so I find it to be easier to order my sandwich online. The process for doing that is simple and convenient for any consumer. As far as the food is concerned, I have very little complaint, but can't rate it 5* stars due to the fact that I have had a few less than stellar sandwiches from this shop. I specifically ask for "soft bread" in my requests section via the Jersey Mike's online platform, and on more than 2 occasions I have gotten bread that most likely was made several weeks ago. Hard as a rock, not even edible. I have also gotten some fixings on the sandwich more than once, that looked and tasted awful...don't get me wrong, I will never eat at another sandwich place other than Jersey Mike's, best sandwiches EVER...this specific location...flip a coin...and that's the odds...
