Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Marana

Staff was pleasant, yet VERY challenged with the English language. My order was confirmed 4 times; in addition, per my receipt, the kitchen staff completed my order incorrectly. My food sat on a tray while the cashier finished taking three other orders. An employee call in, maybe, but waiting for our order has been commonplace for this franchise.

A previous visit: the west door was locked, so I approached the drive through window and asked a member of management to let us in. Her response, "I don't have a key; you'll have to walk around the other side of the building", wow!! We ended up going across the street to Mc Donald's for a couple of big breakfasts.

The men's restroom has had a persistent oder of sewer gas for the past few years now; and the backing of the booth we were in fell off when we stood up to leave... And what's with the 'tacky' feel to the table tops...? The wrong sanitizer, food quality...? Choose a different janitorial vendor.

We use to come here for breakfast 5/6 days a week a few years ago; thought we'd give it another chance over the past few weeks... We just can't do it... Einstien's Bagles is just up the street and seems to have it together with cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

We tend not to believe a management change for this Carl's Junior franchise will remedy these problems; it hasn't in the past. When it comes to our biscuits 'n' gravy fix, we're either going to go out of our way to another Carl's location, or continue to patronize the surrounding...

Carl's Jr is one of my absolute favorites but this location was absolutely terrible to say the least. First off I went inside because I figured it would be quicker I was definitely wrong. Took 27 minutes to get my food because all they did was cater to the drive threw. Order after order went out the window as I sit there and wait. On top of that my burger and burrito was sitting there waiting for about 20 minutes. They gave me my shakes after about 5 minutes so by the time I got my food the ice cream was already melted. Finally got my order 27 minutes later drive 10 mins home and all my food was cold really cold, fries were cold and soggy same as the onion rings, burgers was cold burrito was cold and smashed at the bottom of the bag chicken star nuggets was cold and terrible. Just a totally bad experience. I will never ever go back to this location and would not recommend anyone to go there either. Just totally the worst experience ever. Never been to a location as bad as this one. 45 dollars later for a terrible dinner for me and my family. This location definitely needs help and new employees. Wish I could actually give 0 stars...

Just a quick ick in about for nostalgia sake while traveling and I gotta say…. SUPER DISAPPOINTEDi used to LOVE the Western Bacon Cheesecake; a LOT of fond Memories w my father and that him getting me that cheeseburger on weekends… 😭😭😭 The food isn’t as great as I remember it as a kid; but then what is right? Ordered a famous jack no, that’s not it haha. ordered a famous STAR, with extra lettuce and they gave me one extra leaf of extra lettuce, really? The meat patty is way flatter than I remember and not as juicy. The juice was all flattened out of the patty…. Im talkin the Arches type a Flat patty. And not flame broiled tasting like I remember either. I should’ve ordered the double meat patty. They have up to three now and I guess you need all three in order to have as much meat as the old single used to be. it’s just not as good! At least they brought the real fried zucchinis back - those were decent, and HOT, although the ranch sauce wasn’t so great… I won’t be having that again and it kind of made me feel nauseous.
