3x I have submitted a delivery order to this location (and paid) and at some point thereafter received a phone call saying they had no delivery driver and were cancelling my order. Today, I decided to do a mobile order for pickup - the order was submitted at 12:03pm and confirmed. My singular sandwich was not ready until after 12:40pm. There was only one woman there working when I got inside the store to pickup around 12:20. There were several others also waiting for their orders (and she was the only one working, including two catering/large pickup orders) so I was understanding of the fact that I need to wait due to no fault of this woman for being the only employee there. After sitting inside the store waiting for over 20 minutes, so at this point it’s now 40 minutes after my order was submitted, I went back up the pickup counter where there was now another male employee who had gotten there in the interim and I asked him the status on my sandwich. Only to find out my sandwich was made and just sitting there in a pile of other sandwiches at the end of the line. Normally, I would say no big deal. But when I got there she asked me my name and said she had my order and would get to it shortly. When you have ten+ people standing around waiting for their orders for a long time, you would think the employee at the end of the line would call out the names on the orders (which he did for some, just not mine) since the sandwiches weren’t within grabbing distance from the Customer counter, weren’t bagged up, and clearly they weren’t notifying customers who had already arrived and told them their name that their orders were now ready. This location is anything but freaky fast and just is generally all around not up to par with other JJ locations that I eat at all the time. Idk if the issue is the employees or, more likely, that they are super short staffed. I ended up spending nearly my entire lunch hour waiting on a singular sandwich. For that reason, I won’t go to this location again and would warn others not to as well unless they have 45+ minutes...
Read moreI went in to place an order on 3/26/25. I was the 4th or 5th person in line during lunch hours. I waited a few minutes for my sandwich to be made, but while I waited, I watched the 2 employees who were making sandwiches. There was a female who was wearing pants that showed her brown panties and also a white shirt that most likely snapped in the crotch because the sides of the shirt were high up on the sides of her waist showing the bare sides of her stomach while the rest of the shirt was tucked in.
I thought it was a bit much, until I went to the other end of the counter where I saw a male making sandwiches with his beard that was literally down to his chest. It should've been covered by a net or some other type of hair covering to prevent hair from falling into the food.
A few seconds later, another male came from the back of the store. He stood next to the guy with the beard. When they called for me to grab my sandwich, he just handed me my sandwich. I asked him for a bag and he told me to "get it yourself".
As I stated, I was the 4th or 5th person in line, so I had watched other customers either sit or leave with their food in bags, so I was completely taken aback when this young man felt so comfortable telling a customer to "get it yourself". If I had more time on my lunch break, I would've gotten my money back and taken my business elsewhere.

Secondly, the customer service was trash! As a first time customer, I was quickly reminded why I never ate here. No greeting upon entry, even though I spoke VERY LOUDLY. I proceeded to walk to the area where the sign pointed to PICK UP and just stood there waiting to be greeted or even told she would be right with me. Instead, the heavy set white woman behind the counter watched me stand waiting then decided to ask if I were picking up, I guess so she could finish her conversation with the guy that was in there when I walked in. I said yes and she POINTED to the counter where my food was THROWN because it looked as if it were bent outta shape. I said thank you and STILL NO RESPONSE. Lastly, the food was DISGUSTING! I guess because it was free, the standards went out the window for customer experience and care. On one half of the sandwhich, the tuna was nonexistent. It was like she was blind to one half because it was also missing the other ingredients like onion and tomato, but heavily dressed it with lettuce.
