Today is Fri Nov 24th, 2023, 0440, that's 4:40 AM. I drove up to the drive-through. The lights are on, been sitting here about 4 min, one of the drivers was getting some things from the company truck, looked right at me, and walked into the rear door. So now I drove to the window, looking for their operating times, the male from outside is now at the window, and there's 2 women inside working. The woman who is closest, just hollers. We are close. Ok, so I hold up my arm, pointing to my watch, and asked what time they open? She just repeatedly hollers we're close, and then gives me a very angry look, turns her head, not looking at me. Never answer my question, which I asked 3 times. So tell me, how hard is it to say what time you do open? How can anyone have such an angry disposition that eary in the morning, and to be in a customer services position. So Krispy Kreme, your morning crew, who I'm guessing is your opening crew, are some of the worst employees I've seen work anywhere, especially in a customer service field. There was no call for the attitude and lack of professionalism from your employees. The driver could have said something to me when he was outside, if not then, when he was standing at the window. The large female with the attitude could have very easily said what time you open. And the 2nd woman, who was on the other side of Mrs. Attitude, failing to do nothing, is just as bad as doing the wrong thing. Your team needs a lot of training in how to help customers. and treat your customers with some respect and a little thing called doing...

In case anyone couldn't tell, that was sarcasm. I got my chair out of the car and started rolling toward the ramp and one employee (looked maybe 20s?) stated "oh I'm gonna make a way for your chair to make it up." I said "thank you...I'm gonna tell you straight up this (while pointing at the pallets blocking the gore and the pallet jack in the spot) is super illegal, I won't be calling this time but a lot of people will" to which the employee responded "all the best things are illegal" which was off putting to say the least. Once inside, another employee that I believed to be a supervisor/manager (large African American man, red shirt, scowl, short hair almost like a buzz cut) pulled aside the employee and sort of loudly said "why would you move that? It's not easy to get anymore." The employee gestured loosely toward me and the supervisor rolled his eyes and didn't acknowledge me when he was checking me out after I ordered my donut. Genuinely I am disgusted. I felt dehumanized, felt like an object for gawking, and most unfortunately felt like I was a burden for ordering donuts and giving the company money. I have NEVER had this issue at any other locations, and I have never had this issue until I started using my wheelchair. Edit to add: the hot and ready light was on and I was so excited to get a hot fresh donut!!! Instead I got a cold stale donut out...
Read moredon't normally stop and get breakfast in the morning on my way to work however I made the mistake of stopping at Krispy Kreme on Cobb Parkway at 3:45 a.m. on 9-23-2017. Asia was my host did not make me aware until after I had already been sitting there for 10 minutes that they were doing the end of the day thing on the computer and it would be 5 more minutes needless to say I ordered at 3:45 a.m. and did not leave there until 4:05 am. if this is not bad enough I got the correct Donuts, but they tasted old, stiff and cold. I specifically asked for two small mocha hazelnut lattes which we even discussed that it would cost $0.50 extra per drink to mix the two flavors together she asked me twice what size I told her twice small I also told her twice mocha hazelnut with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream period after all this time of waiting and then end up being late for work I ended up with two medium melted down caramel latte that tasted like three day old coffee just the worst thing I ever put in my mouth so we threw both of them away we didn't even drink them. I attempted to call the store 10 times to no avail, no one picked up. this is just the worst customer service I've ever received at this location. they definitely did not have the customer in mind at all if I could give them less...
