I had to wait almost 15 minutes. She hates me, because I caught her with my boyfriend at the hotel) went behind my back and slept with my boyfriend after I used her phone on block to called him; the first day she ever talked to him by redialing his number when I'm not around. Read moreI’m giving two stars solely for the few individuals at this location who have provided good service. Over time, I built a relationship with some of the staff since this location is closest to my job. However, my last few visits left me puzzled due to the manager’s actions.
On a previous visit, the manager shorted me on my 32-ounce smoothie and blamed it on the measurements. This last time, my smoothie was way too watery—I always request it thick. When I went back for a remake, the manager’s attitude completely shifted. Normally, she’s friendly and conversational, but this time, she barely spoke and seemed annoyed that they had to remake my drink for free.
Not only was the remake terrible, but she also shorted my portion again. I returned the smoothie, told her how I felt about it, left it on the counter, and walked out.
