Smoothie King — Restaurant in Marietta

Last week, I ordered my smoothie online to pick up at 11:36 a.m. it should have been ready (280 Cobb Pkwy, that Lucinda Davis (my used to be friend) was working at that time, and two of her co workers. I had to wait almost 15 minutes. She hates me, because I caught her with my boyfriend at the hotel) went behind my back and slept with my boyfriend after I used her phone on block to called him; the first day she ever talked to him by redialing his number when I'm not around. Why you husband wasn't good enough for you to sleep e/my bf behind my back; bad mother leave those 3 kids alone in the hotel at night, while hubby work the nights shift to be with my bf all hours of the night, but you whispering to your co worker that I'm crazy when I walked in.) I didn't tell them you creeping on your husband with the man I been with for 4 years. How the heck she's married with 3 kids and betray me by sleeping with my boyfriend what type of friend does that when I helped her out summer bring her back n forth to work. Lucinda Davis stay away from my smoothie I don't trust you...

I’m giving two stars solely for the few individuals at this location who have provided good service. Over time, I built a relationship with some of the staff since this location is closest to my job. However, my last few visits left me puzzled due to the manager’s actions.

On a previous visit, the manager shorted me on my 32-ounce smoothie and blamed it on the measurements. This last time, my smoothie was way too watery—I always request it thick. When I went back for a remake, the manager’s attitude completely shifted. Normally, she’s friendly and conversational, but this time, she barely spoke and seemed annoyed that they had to remake my drink for free.

Not only was the remake terrible, but she also shorted my portion again. I returned the smoothie, told her how I felt about it, left it on the counter, and walked out.

This location seriously needs staff who know how to make proper smoothies—not...

Horrible experience I ordered an acai bowl from here and I had return it because the texture was mostly liquid with no texture When I went to return it I expressed how it's not supposed to be so watery the pregnant girl behind the counter replied it melts fast mind you I'm still I'm the parking lot and didn't even leave the area I told her it's not supposed to be mostly liquid so fast and she had an attitude the entire time while looking at me up and down with an attitude like I did something wrong I had to wait 30+ min just for the staff complete my order and when I got it guess what ... it was still wrong they gave me my wife's order instead of what I ordered so disappointed because I love acai bowls and was happy smoothie king finally brought it to their menu's however having un trained staff will ruin the experience not to mention no...
