DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! MY SISTER CAME IN TODAY FRIDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 8, 2023. MY SISTER WAS TRYING TO ORDER TO FROM THE KIOSK AND THE KIOSK WAS MALFUNCTIONING WHERE IT WOULD NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. THERE WAS A BLACK MALE WORKER WHO GOT SMART WITH HER BECAUSE SHE SAID THE KIOSK WAS MALFUNCTIONING AND HE TOLD HER IT DID NOT WORK. SHE ASKED WHY WAS THERE NOT A NOTE ON THE KIOSK. HE SAID IN A VERY RUDE TONE, "WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PUT A NOTE ON THE MACHINE.". AND ASKED HER WAS SHE TRYING TO BE SAUCY WITH HIM. HE STARTED TO BECOME DISRESPECTFUL, SHE DROPPED ONE OF HER DRINKS IN HER HAND WHILE LEAVING, DUE TO A TRIP HAZARD NEAR THE DOOR. HE THEN YELLED, "MAKE SURE YOU HOLD THOSE DRINKS RIGHT!" SHE SAID I AM HOLDING THE DRINKS CORRECTLY, MISTAKES HAPPEN. SHE DID RECEIVE HER ORDER BUT DECIDED TO RETURN IT AND ASKED FOR A REFUND DUE TO CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR TO A CUSTOMER, HE SAID, " TACO BELL DOES NOT RETURN FOOD AND THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS." WHICH EVERYONE KNOWS IS UNTRUE, WHEN ASKED WHO THE MANAGER WAS, HE STATED HE WAS HE MANAGER. HE ALSO TOLD HER TO CALL 1-800- TACO BELL IF SHE HAD AN ISSUE. THIS MAN WAS A VERY MEAN SPIRITED INDIVIDUAL WITH A HOSTILE ATTITUDE, WHO SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. I WILL BE CONTACTING RM GROUP WHO OWNS THIS TACO BELL. THEN THERE WAS A WOMAN COWORKER WHO HAD HER KID IN THE LOBBY, WHO TOLD THE CUSTOMER AFTER HER THAT MY SISTER WAS CRAZY ALL BECAUSE SHE ASKED FOR A REFUND DUE TO NOT BEING COMFORTABLE WITH EATING WHAT THEY MADE, DUE TO SUCH WEIRD AND CONDESCENDING BEHAVIOR FROM THE STAFF. AS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MYSELF, IT IS TRULY HEARTBREAKING TO RECEIVE SUCH HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OTHER AFRICAN AMERICANS, ESPECIALLY TO BE TALKED DOWN TO BY A MAN. MY SISTER IS A QUALITY MANAGER WHO IS AN ENGINEER, WHO IS IN HER FIFTIES AND WAS TREATED AS IF SHE WAS SOME PEASANT. SHE ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE A STRAWBERRY LEMONADE THAT WAS PAID FOR. Read moreOne car was in front of me and the had already ordered. Got up to the box and a male asked me to wait. He must of forgot to mute his headset as he was heard getting short with his employees so it must have been the manager (Feb 4, 2021 around 4:30 pm). Summetra finally took my order of Nacho fries box and the bacon chalupa which I wanted to try. Waited for about 5 minutes and the person in front of me must of got tired of waiting because they drove off without their food. My turn took 5 more minutes as they asked me to pull up (probably to make their drive thru times look better). I noticed other people got their food and I was left out as if forgotten. Finally after listening to two songs on the radio, I had enough. Went inside and everyone hurried to pull their masks up when they noticed someone actually came in. The manager told me the wait was for fresh fries but yet when the box was opened the fries were cold. Plus fries take 3:20 to fry and how was others getting their food? When this was pointed out the manager didn't own up to a mistake being made and apologize but got defensive. He went as far to offer me free items but in a way that was implying that is what my intentions were, which is far from the truth as a sincere apology was all that was wanted. I left the food which was paid for on the counter and didn't get to try the new chalupa. His lack of responsibility, obvious lying, and poor management was disappointing. Read moreI Love Taco Bell. It has always been my favorite, but I miss The Cute Adorable Bundle of Joy Talking Chihuahua. I used to watch the commercials just to see the little Chihuahua. I wanted to pet him but they took him away😭 Why did you take him away? He was my friend. Can you bring My Best Friend Back because I been worried about him ever since you took him away. When I would be sad; The Taco Bell Commercial would always pop up on the TV at the right moment and When I would see The Chihuahua saying," poquito Taco Bell all my sadness would go away, then I would ask my Mommy," Can we go to Taco Bell, I wanna give the chihuahu a hug and tell him I Love him for making all my sadness go away.
