I went to this subway the morning of 12-28-18 the only lady who was working was very rude. She had an attitude when asking me what I wanted and was trying to rush me. She kept sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. When I told her I wanted to scan my phone for my reward points she let out a big sigh, like it was a bother for me to do that. Once I paid she gave me my change and just walked away. She did not hand me my sandwich, she did not hand me my receipt and she did not say that you. I go there every once in awhile in the mornings to have a sub for my lunch for work. I will not be going there ever again. I was tempted not to get the sandwich but I really needed it this particular morning because I would have been late if I would have went somewhere else to get food. My husband stopped in to have dinner. Upon purchasing his meal and paid. As he was getting his drink, sweet tea, the urn was empty. Asked if they had a backup and they informed him they did not. Now, this was around 7-7:15 in the evening. He asked if they were going to make some more sweet tea, and was told no. He then asked if they had some sweetener for the unsweet tea. Again they said no. Neither the manager, who looked like an underage teenager, or the employee offered any further assistance. My husband asked for a refund and went elsewhere for a meal. What they don't understand is, sweet tea is Southern Wine. It is served, especially here in the South, with Every meal. They need to get with the program, will never eat...
