I used to LOVE Dia before it was sold to the new owners. Food was always exceptional, and service was fast. I rarely had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food. Now, service is very slow and the food isn't the same. The biggest reason that I don't go anymore is because I have a severe dairy allergy, and always ask for no cheese on my tacos and say I have an allergy. There is still cheese on my tacos, every time. When I ask them to remake my food because of this, it's obvious that it is an inconvenience for the staff. I feel bad, but I don't want to pay for food that I can't eat.
