This is a solid 3.75 out of 5 Pizzeria. First time here, July 2023. I had the Coast Bread, and the "Jeffery" Pizza, in thin crust. I also had a water. Service was okay. My server was very nice, but I ran out of water and didn't receive a refill during my visit. I drink a lot of water with my meals, so to only have one glass was a bummer. I absolutely could have asked, but then it was empty, on the edge of the table. Oh well. It isn't the end of the world. She did well otherwise, and she was really nice. The Coast Bread was really good. It had great overall flavor, and it came out really quickly. Comes with ranch and marinara. The Jeffery, well, this was a great looking pizza, but pretty underwhelming overall. Oddly, the shaved cheese on top had very little flavor. Usually that cheese has a pretty strong nutty flavor, but this didn't have any. The crust was decent but not amazing for a Pizzeria. The rest of the toppings were just okay overall. I would try something different in the future. Inside was clean. Service quick. Price overall, with a tip, was just over $40.00.

MID! Right when we entered the restaurant it had a smell of urine and must, it didn't get any better by our table neither. We, hungry AF, still had hope and stayed to continue to order food, once the waitress came she wasn't really communicative or enthusiastic like a waiter should be. She walked up and just stood there and stared at us and then didn't say anything, finally she spoke and said "uh do you guys want any drinks?" After we got our drinks she didn't even ask us for straws even though the other waitress that was attending to the table next to us asked to give them straws. Once we got our food after a pretty quick time surprisingly we were instantly disappointed, the food wasn't the best. Me and my friends food tasted burnt, I got the spinach feta roll and they got the calzone. Overall a 2.5/5 stars.

Lunch buffet for years. Zero issues. One dinner with the family and I won't be going here for a while. First waitress abandoned our table for a table with her friends. Second the manager told me I had to order a pitcher of beer in order to get the meal deal. Which is insane, just keep the beer and profit, just bring me my food. Calling me confused and frustrated. I told her to just bring me the pitcher of beer then and it will sit here (which I still didn't get after giving in). Enter third server who was FINALLY not high and could understand that I didn't want alcohol. The tip was for having brains and hope yall don't split tips. Their take on Poutine is beef stew with fries and cheese lumps thrown in it. No gravy is an insult to poutine.

Unfortunately this is everyone in my house’s favorite pizza 🤣 we tried to go there last night, it was the only restaurant in Marquette that didn’t have a wait and served pizza. It was around 7pm and there were visibly lots of open tables. I have managed restaurants in the area on and off for a decade, so I give grace where grace is due. This was insane. The host with the blue hair streaks (that’s the only way I can describe her - do not care that her hair is blue), ignored us for ten minutes talking to a server and then slowly walked over to a table, took four super slow trips holding two things each time back to the kitchen, slowly cleaned it and 20 minutes after arriving told us we could go sit. We sat for 15 more minutes and no one came to take our drink order. At this point our kids couldn’t wait any more for a glass of water so we left.

The last time we got take out, maybe two months ago, I stood at the bar in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes before a young guy sitting at the only occupied table came over to me and said, “I am sorry, I work here but I’m not working right now. But I’ve seen you standing here for a long time. Let me find the bartender.” And then he couldn’t find her so he cashed us out and got our food from the kitchen even though he was there dining and not working.

The food is great, but the dine-in AND take-out service is atrocious. The food is good enough that they should have been on a half hour wait like everywhere else in town. The service staff needs extensive training to keep this restaurant...

This place has got to be a money laundering front or something because their food is bad and their service is abysmal. Ordered on the phone and told 35 minutes. Arrived 35 minutes later and was told I had scheduled it to be ready later. Wrong. The bartender actively avoided even making eye contact with us and was utterly unapologetic and borderline accusatory. Never an apology, never an offer of a free drink, no manager coming by and showing concern. Nothing. The runner who finally brought our food reminded me we scheduled the order for later and also failed to acknowledge any mistake. The closest was a totally disinterested snap that there was obviously a misunderstanding. She gave me a crumpled , obviously reused card for $5 off my next order. I tossed it on the bar.

The food. My daughter's 10" pizza was incorrectly made. It tasted ok, but nothing special. Breadsticks are bland and dry. Avoid. Smash burgers were thick and dry. Toppings were paltry, flavor lacking, poorly seasoned. Avoid. Onion rings were a mostly burned glob. I salvaged a couple, and they were obviously just prepackaged from the food service.

This place doesn't care about anything. Their food is lackluster at best. The service is a joke. Whoever is there has mailed it in and is just collecting a paycheck, and management and/or ownership doesn't care. Gone by...

While the food was decently good, everything else about this place was horrible. After getting seated we had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone got us drinks and ordered. Meanwhile everyone else around us got to order first after seating down awhile after we have already been seated. Our waiter Jared finally took our order. He never checked up on us during our meal. Our drinks were empty and he never stopped by to ask if we wanted refills. My Partners pizza came out and mine didn’t. Jared said they messed it up, with out explaining what they did. It was very very disappointing to have to wait an hour plus to receive my pizza. At that point I wasn’t even hungry anymore due to the extremely disappointing customer service from this place. It was completely awful! They never even offered anything during the time I had to wait for a second pizza to come out! They do not care! It took almost two hours just to finally take our pizza and leave! Never going back to this pizza place again, my dead dog could serve me better than this joke of a restaurant. Learn to train your employees and...
