Its large, spacious floor plan allows for multiple comfortable seating areas in the front reception waiting room. From the start the service is friendly, open and informative. When I asked about welcome deals for first timers I was given the info with a genuine smile, the receptionist then told me about the daily deal without any prompting from me and even offered a paper menu I could look over while waiting. I like paper menus, they always work and at my speed of reading.

It wasn't a long wait to get back into the store. Again its very large, so the middle is a bit bare and they could do with some display cases to fill the emptiness. I like the layout of the large glass jars and the continued use of scales behind the counter, I miss that at the shops downstate. I feel like they have a decent enough stock and varied selection for now, but it is a bit hard to tell. It is dark in there and they are using a counter only system, so concentrates sit next to vape cart sitting next to prerolls, next to edibles and so on. The eye gets confused.

But the products they have are very good. And the service is FANTASTIC! And that is what is most important. The budtenders were extremely well informed, caring, and fun. I ended up spending far more money than I intended, even went so far as to buy a silly novelty mug/bowl combo because they catered to me so well.

From what I could see the sales team there is very strong. I hope ownership and management see's it too and pays them very well and gives them all the days off they need without protest.
