2 Stars was to low, so I had to give it 3 stars.

Here's my LARGEST issue Below is what I ordered. With NO Mayo I'll take just the oil. I stated.

And Tosted if possible. The young man who helped me advised that at that point they could not ,but it was in the works to make that happen.

#7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN. DOUBLE SALAMI, DOUBLE CAPOCOLLO & PROVOLONE, Jimmy Peppers®, oil & vinegar, onion, lettuce, tomato & mayo.

My sandwich had no Lettuce. Tomatoes 🍅. Peppers 🌶. Oil 🪔 Vinegar. No Double meat of any kind.

I received a mayo sandwich with approximately 6 thin slices of meat 🍖 along the length of the bread.

Chips and a drink are what I ended up with.

I had no time to return to the shop nor time to call as I had to get down the highway and go hungry until I could make a stop.

I don't eat Mayo, so I could not consume...

Every time I order from here, items are missing or orders are wrong. Deliveries take over 30 minutes most of the time and I live near the high school. One time I ordered the Beach Club, it came with no Cucumbers or Avocado spread. Another time ordered two combo meals, they showed up with no chips. Tonight I order two Fan Boxes, they didn't come with the pickle side item or mayo on the sandwiches. We also wanted them cut in half, that wasn't done.

That's just the recent orders. I've never had a more consistently bad experience anywhere else.

I wish I could get my JJ's delivered from the other location but the website...

Ian is great. Had lunch today with my kids and he took our order and also witnessed him work circles around the place. Everyone there was working and was kind but Ian never stopped moving and greeted every customer who came in. If he’s not in a management position he deserves one and certainly...
