Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered food the night before last from this location. Doordash will not approve my review with them so I have to come to Google. This is the ONLY poor review I have ever written. Within 2 hours of consuming the food, I was expelling from both ends of my body so severe that it caused vasovagal syncope for the first time in my life and caused me to pass out while I was home alone. I already hadn't finished my milkshake as it was EXTREMELY salty and didn't finish half of my food because of that. Thoughts of my food being tampered with flooded my mind. Reading the reviews now of that store, I wouldn't put it past the employees to do something to my food especially because I ordered within the last hour of them being open. How can a milkshake be so salty? I feel as though if I would've finished my food and milkshake, I would have had to go to the hospital by an ambulance. In recent reviews I've seen other people have also gotten sick from this location. The experience scared me so bad I am thinking of getting the food and milkshake out of the trash and going to the hospital to get both myself and the items tested. I do not recommend this location. It has been 2 days and I still have an upset stomach and the shakes. Someone either put a poisonous chemical/material in my milkshake or the food had an abundance of bacteria in it. Or both. I usually go to the Arbys in Perry Hall...Today I stopped at the one in Rosedale...What a mistake!!! Went through Drive Thru, ordered, n then was told to pull up for food...I waited almost 15 minutes for 5 Sliders. I then got out of my car and went in and got them... got back in my car n guess what...Yep, they were cold...so I called the store ask for the Manganger n told her that I was not happy waiting almost 15 minutes to get cold food. Well, Amanda,the Manganger did not care nor did she want to hear it, so she hung up on me.. I calked back n they did not answer phone...so I called the 1800 # left a message n ask for a call back...I m sure they will listin to why I gave them the worst rating possible n then I can voice my opinion on the Manganer Amanda, n trust me I probly won't be kind...she should not be a Manganger in that store n I hope she retrained on the proper way to act n talk to the people who pay her salary. .or maybe find a job that does include being with the public...I will give this store the worst rating possible when they call me back..and the store can thank no one else but their...

On Wednesday October 10, 2024, I ordered a classic roast beef meal with a sprite. From the first bite of the roast beef sandwich, I noticed that temperature of the sandwich and fries were on the less than warm side or not to the required temperature for meats. The meal overall was not freshly made. The next morning I contracted a food stomach virus which I contribute solely to that Arby’s meal the day before. I was sick the entire day and had to leave work early because of the food discharge.
