Note I think they may be closed
I am rooting for them to get it together. The mall needs restaurants especially the ones open later.
So in late Dec were like actively try not to seat people. You can look at other reviews. When we went the person who eventually came to the host stand said that there were no tables but the place was pretty empty and said there was no seating at the bar, there was. Before we walked in I could see through to the bar and that there were seats and I walked over to the bar and said they're seating and she said that the people had just left.
When she wasn't going to let us sit I did ask if a manager was around and she said she was the manager and eventually gave in on letting us sit at the bar I mean it's not a very big bar. Ididn't want to be a manager type of person but when we got there it looked like it was seat yourself because No one was at the stand it was just two people hanging out in a booth and one of them came out and was We don't have any tables and when you ask the wait they said we just don't have any tables and it was weird. And then the bar thing was weird and I felt like they just didn't want to serve us. This was in December the week before Christmas in the evening.
The bartender was very nice though and he definitely tried his best. So I thought if I ever go back it'll be to sit at the bar and won't even deal with the hostess or manager or whoever that person was but it's very apparent that they don't want people there. Like they were definitely actively trying to avoid having to serve people. They seem to be turning people away. The food was decent What you would expect from a chain so I don't know why.
Fast forward to last night went to the mall and noticed the restaurant dark and a sign that they were closed and they have a notice saying closed for maintenance until further notice Google doesn't say they're still closed. It says they're open (was curious) I honestly wondered if the reviews would give them insight if to we are the only ones to have this experience and maybe they went downhill and that's why they were closed down.
So I'm questioning what kind of maintenance if they mean maintenance on the restaurant or maintenance with management and staffing. Maybe getting their act together. Because if you look at the reviews it seems to be a similar experience that a lot of people had and seems like other people had a worse one so hopefully they get their act together Because it's a great location the mall needs a place open at that time the mall needs restaurants. People like Buffalo wild wings it would just be a shame if it closed down I think they would have the customers if they had the proper service and management Like I think that's the issue I don't think the issue is a lack of customers I think that they've been detouring people if you look at the reviews. Read moreDrove an hour to find a place to eat and watch our Ravens games. We get here and there is no at the door to let us know where to sit or if it is self serve. Finally my mom and I decide to sit ourselves outside. And we wait. We waited until another customer had to tell their waitress that we had not been helped yet. After 20 minutes of being walked by and ignored. Then another waitress came and was very kind. Soon to be overlooked by the worse management at a restaurant I have ever experienced. We repeatedly asked our waitress and other customers around us asked for help with the game being switched to the Baltimore Ravens game. Being the fact we are in Maryland you would expect the game to be one. The manager finally comes out and tells us the game is 30 minutes away and it will change. Then waiting more, missing out whole pregame, we again ask the waitress for help because the audio was not for our game for, a TV show being displayed on other TVs. Meanwhile outside every single table is complaining about the audio for our game. During this debate for help, the manager decides to put fans on outside. Not only making us cold but making the food cold. ¿yum?. The outside area was also disgusting. It needs power washing and a window cleaning. There was even old gum on top of our table. Then about 10 minutes to kick off we kept asking for help about the audio. We hadn't been waiting for an hour to not be able to enjoy our game at a SPORTS BAR. After my mother being yelled at inside by the manager Christine, (which in other reviews has been complained about) comes out and is speaking bad of my mother. I stand up and snap, I am not one to get irritated with services however the manager at this establishment not only is yelling at me, but my older mother in front of the entire restaurant. I have never experienced such poor management. Especially when we were patient and polite. Until we were being ignored by the manager. The waitresses were doing there best with such a busy night,however the manager was plain disrespectful, unprofessional, and I will not be returning here or any other Buffalo Wild Wings again. Read moreThe Day, November 22nd, 2024. It has been 2 years since I have "picked up the pencil". My daughter told me that in terms of these reviews I was "Winning the Big Three!." I am unsure of the presumed contextual relevance but it motivated me..... to buy a new pencil. If one of my family could find it within themselves to learn to love again, It would suggest that others in the family could do the same.

Being Dry ~ Sweetie, if you're reading this... I was wrong, misunderstood, taken out of context, and clipped on podcasts sure. But I never forgot the message behind what you were trying to send, even if at the time I was not aware enough to understand it. I have ordered 32 Chicken Wings (Traditional, 4 different kinds with iterations of 6.) I ordered both Wet and Dry in terms of variation and flavor. But even the sauced wings were DRY AS BONES!!!!!!!

Service ~ Was anyone home?? Seriously! I walked into a store with 20 TV's and only 1 person was home! This seems like the type of "Fraternity Bro" that just any girl would leave a family for. I waited 24 minutes my 32 wings, mozzarella sticks, and Chips & Salsa were delivered.
Faking Promises ~ i will preface off this review by including that the customer can exploit this note I am unsure who is in charge of making MEAL DEALS at your restaurant or website, but the offer AS OF TODAY still stands.
