I visited this location at approximately 6:12 pm on November 16, 2022 to purchase a pair of CLASSIC LINED NEO PUFF BOOTS. At the register the cashier notices the pair I picked up a does not have a price tag so he retrieves a pair of CLASSIC NEO PUFF LUXE BOOTS from the shelf to ring up instead.
The cashier says $100+, I say Sir thatâs a different shoe. He says they are the same price. I say okay but the website lists the CLASSIC LINED NEO PUFF BOOTS $74.99, show him the site and ask how they are $100 in store. He says we donât go off of the website. I then ask if heâs the manager, he says no would you like me to go get him. I reply yes and he goes to the back.
Meanwhile, four other employees are just standing around chatting. The cashier and the manager return about 2-3 minutes later and we have the same conversation and he insists that they do not price match online, and the price that the cashier rang up is the price.
I respond that that is ridiculous and tell them never mind on the transaction all together. I then walked out of the store and proceeded to call corporate.
I understand that this location is considered an outlet store but they are operating under the Crocs brand and should therefore practice consistent pricing, if not be discounted even further. I am appalled at the way the store is operated and the way the manager handled the situation. This cannot be the first time this has happened and I am certain it will not the last. I would like to see the manager and the entire store be reprimanded for overcharging and unacceptable...

I DRIVE 35 MINS FROM HARFORD COUNTY, MD, TO DO SOME CHRISTMAS SHOPPING FOR MY FAMILY. GET TO THE STORE AT 5:40 PM, GATE TO STORE IS DOWN. I SAY TO THE TWO GENTLEMANâS WHO WAS AT THE REGISTER THAT I JUSTED CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE STORE CLOSED AT 6PM, THE HOLIDAY DAYS SCHEDULE ON THE STORE WALL SAY 6PM, ONE OF THE GENTLEMEN STATED MY STORE MANAGER SAID WE CAN CLOSE @ 5:30 PM. I SAID BUT WHEN I CALLED SOMEONE SAID 6PM, AND THE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE SAYS 6PM. HE SAID WE HAVE FAMILIES TO TO CELEBRATE WITH FOR THE HOLIDAYS. I TOLD HIM YOU WORK IN RETAIL AND YOU SERVE THE PUBLIC AND YOU OWE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERâS TO HONOR YOUR STORE HOURS AND NO ONE ASKING YOU TO STAY HERE ALL NIGHT. HE REPEATED MY STORE MANAGER TOLD ME I CAN CLOSE EARLY. I CALLED COPORATE THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL. I GUESS CROCâS COPORATE OFFICE FEELS THE SAME WAY AS WALMART WHO TREATED THERE CUSTOMERS ON CHRISTMAS EVE THE SAME WAY. WHY RETAILS STORES AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR THERE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC AND WHERE THE REASON YOU COLLECT A PAYCHECK???? IF I COULD HAVE RATED CROCâS ZERO I WOULD HAVE BUT GIVEN THEM A ONE IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN RATE THEM. LOOK AT ALL THESE CROCâS SHOES I BOUGHT OVER THE YEARS.    Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Crocs location. I went in for the âtwo for $50â deal and found the first pair I liked. When I went to get the second one in my size, there was only one shoeâits match was missing. The staff couldnât find it and acted as if it was somehow my fault.
When I asked to speak to a manager, Regale, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, he told me Iâd have to pay the full price of $60 for one pair, even though the deal clearly said otherwise. He then told me to wait while someone looked in the back, but he ignored us and started counting money at the cashier without even acknowledging us again.
To make things worse, he told the entire line of customers to stand right where we were waiting, completely disregarding our issue. When we tried to speak up, he laughed at us and raised his voice, saying, âI already told you.â It was humiliating and completely uncalled for.
This is not how customers should be treated. I wonât be returning to this location, and I hope Crocs addresses this behavior seriously. He should not be the manager or even of them as he...
