Very disappointed with the food. The food had no taste at all. I was disappointed with the food but my bigger disappointment was trying to get out of the parking lot. I pulled around the side of the building where there was a large truck blocking the exit. It was apparent that this truck was part of the entertainment for the evening. The person driving the truck didn’t have the truck open. Behind me was an SUV. I was stuck and couldn’t move. I sat there for about 6 minutes and no one would move. The person driving the truck walked to my SUV and said, “why don’t u pull into that space behind the parked cars and let the other band member get through. I struggled to back my vehicle into that space. There was a large truck parked infront of the parked cars so it made it very difficult to do anything. The SUV behind me just sat there. He made no attempt to back up to give me any room. I wiggled my vehicle into the small space behind parked cars and the “other band member” was able to get through. I then proceeded to get out of the parking lot going the wrong way causing other customers to have to back up to let me out. I had no choice because My SUV couldn’t make the other turn because of parked cars. When I was out, I parked my car and went in to speak to the manager. It took the manager 15 minutes to appear. I explained what happened and told her that indeed I expected that customers not have to fight to get out of the parking lot and I felt that the “band” needed to apologize. She said she could ask them. She indeed did ask them however no one from “Charm City Sinners” felt the need to come over and apologize. I have to say that this was a very frustrating situation. A situation that lost the establishment a customer not only because of the poor food but the poor management of the establishment. When I waited and no one came over, I told the manager that it was okay. I would just put it on Facebook and let others know of my experience. The manager proceeded to do nothing. I hope that the owners will take this complaint serious because as we all know, one upset customer putting their experience on social media could cost the establishment dozens...

This place is great when Big John is around. The 2 female bartenders that serve there over price the mixed drinks. Also they are not knowledgeable in mixoligy. There is no communication between the two either. First one took my order then served .Then the other cashed me out. Then the other one came back picked up my paid receipt and assumed we was not charged for most our food and didn't give a tip. Well we paid half debit card and half cash and tipped in cash. They also gossip about the customers in the open. I find this to be unprofessional . Another time I came Sat at the bar to start a tab. They asked me for credit card. I have never done that until they started there without Big John. I said no thank you I'll just pay for my drinks in cash. The female bartender thats always showing her huge breast then changed her mind and said no card needed. I believe this is because I could better keep up with what I'm being charged. Ive been coming her since 2003 and never gave up a credit card. All in all, Big John is the greatest thing to happen for this bartender team . When he leaves I will not return. Entree's are good but expensive. Nice Dj friday nights. And karaoke nights are fun also. In respect for Big John and the great atmosphere I will give it 3 stars. Also I had conversations with the owner and he seems to be a great guy. The two female bartenders sometimes ignore other customers while they flirt with the regulars. *Need to send the women to bartenders school and have Big John retrain them on the drink prices and stop lining their pockets stealing from...

⚠️ 18% TIP Slapped onto your bill even if the waitress isn't good or even suitable. The wait staff should know that their crab sauce is simply their cream of crab soup. Also the difference between Alaskan King Crab legs and Snow Crab legs, smdh and top shelf drinks. How about refills? .....Never offered. $3 for a fountain drink. How about a capital I for inattentive. We had to ask for obvious dishes to be removed from the table. Entrees served on top of appetizers that weren't finished on a small tabletop. Had to ask for water.

Very expensive basic food fare.

Cream of crab - extremely bland, tasteless

Snow crab legs - no choice of flavors, but ok and reasonable amount, so this contributed towards the 3 ⭐

Filet mignon - cooked as asked, no frills, I thought that adding the crab sauce would had been a nice addition...WRONG. Their crab sauce is their cream of crab soup, lol. Only A-1 sauce is offered if asked.

Shrimp Alfredo - bland

Stuffed Baked Potatoe - wasn't made properly, so it was ok. No whipped butter

Dellis Sampler - chicken fingers were tender and good, the mozzarella sticks were semi good, but not really and the marinara was awful, potatoe skins were ok, buffalo wings are good

String beans in a tomatoe - was different and good

Mild Buffalo Wings - basic good

They offer broccoli, but won't season it or butter it.

Top Shelf Long Island Ice Tea - disgusting on every level
