We have given this location many many chances. We always order online for delivery and it's about 70% of the time the order is either messed up, extremely late, disgusting, or CANCELLED!
I have even requested management reach out on multiple occasions because I really want to trust in them to make it right. There was one occasion over a year ago that the similar situation occurred, we were contacted by management of the store and told that it was going under new management which was why the apology was happening. They refunded the entire order to us and issued one free pizza to the account. Great! Thank you. We thought that with "new management" we would be seeing an improvement in the facility. We were very wrong.
We ordered again a couple months later and the same thing happened. Food was awful and poorly put together. It was delivered on time though.
We ordered again a couple months later. It took THREE hours for our food to be delivered to us. I attempted to contact the restaurant through their phone line but ended up waiting on hold doing chores around the house for over half an hour before I just hung up.
Our most recent experience has drawn the line unless we are reached out by management for a promise.
The store is about 3 blocks from our house and we still order for delivery. Yes, we're lazy. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a 2-liter of coke. Over three hours later, I'm calling the store again to find out where our order is! No answer for another 1/2 an hour. Just as I'm about to drive over to the store, the tracker said our food was out for delivery. Okay... whatever... fine. I'll wait. It's just down the road. It shouldn't be more than 10 - 15 more minutes. NOPE! I was wrong again. Another 35 minutes goes by and our food finally arrives... 1/2 fulfilled. They forgot our 2-liter.
You had 4 1/2 hours to deliver our order and you still couldn't read the receipt to bring the 2-liter bottle?!?! Attached are photos of our food that looks like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Our sandwiches were hard as a rock. We threw them away. I attempted to submit a formal complaint through the app and on the website and it just wanted to credit me for another order in the future. That's the thing... I don't want to order from you again! Honestly, it's made me lose trust in any other facility also.
If a manager/supervisor of this facility reads this and get to this point, I welcome a conversation with you because something has to change! We used to order from this location all the time when we first moved to The Loch Raven Village Community. Now, we're done!
Please don't waste your time or money on...
Read moreLet me start by saying…I only gave 2 stars because of the food. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s delicious. Now…the service is TERRIBLE! Twice, my order has been marked as delivered and was not at my door. I had my bf look literally everywhere for it to no avail. The first time, we called the store. After a long hold, a disrespectful woman answered and completely brushed it off. She cut us off and said “the tracker broke, it’s still out for delivery. I don’t have any pizzas in my store.”. When we asked further questions such as can you double check? She replied with huffs and puffs and further attitude. She rudely asked for our name (which should have been done in the first place) When we became to exhausted to further the conversation she hung up the phone real quickly. No thank you for calling, sorry about that—nothing. We had to then wait by the door for a contactless delivery that gave us no other indication as to when delivery would be. I made a claim with dominos on 3/24 under 7036738, and to this day, have NEVER received a response. When I initially reported it, they tried to offer points or a percentage discount. Absolutely not.
Second time, I gave it a few months and ordered $40 worth of stuff and again, marked as delivered. Open the door, nothing. Again, looked everywhere, nothing. This time when I tried to call, nobody answered the phone. I was literally sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes straight. I even tried to hang up and call back and the same thing. I speculate that they were purposely not answering the phone because they know their stuff is screwed up and don’t have the time to answer customers inquiries. Also the text service never texted me again after stating it was out for delivery. After waiting on the phone, I was getting ready to go up to the store when the stuff was finally delivered. Still didn’t a text and still got offered the discount or points.
I think dominos really needs to 1. Fix their website and text service. It’s a big inconvenience when waiting for food, especially if it’s supposed to be contactless and I should be able to rely on the accuracy of the tracker. 2. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There is no reason that a simple inquiry should turn into a disappointing experience. A simple “sorry” even which I did not get. A response to my claim!! Something beside oh here goes a discount on your next order, now go away! I hope this is fixed soon. It may seem small to some especially over pizza but it’s the principle. I work in customer service and give quality to everyone so I take matters of this nature very seriously. And...
Read moreOn May 26, 2025, at approximately 8:35 PM, I placed an order totaling $21.82 from your location. While I’ve never had serious issues with this store in the past, what happened last night was absolutely unacceptable and deserves serious attention.
We waited over an hour and a half before even checking the tracker on the Domino’s app — only to see it still stuck in the “Bake” phase. For reference, this store is less than 5 minutes from my home. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it might just be busy due to the holiday. But then 10 PM rolls around, and the tracker finally updates to “Out for Delivery.”
Another 30 to 45 minutes go by, and then the tracker suddenly marks the order as “Complete.” We never received the food.
So, I immediately try calling the store. I get placed on hold. I hang up and call back. Same thing — on hold, no response. I do this four more times, and each time I get put on hold endlessly. It’s clear the store is nearing closing time at this point, so I have to take the bus to the store myself because I don’t have a car like most customers.
When I arrive — around 11:25 PM — I expect the place to be packed. Instead, it’s completely empty, the “Open” sign is off, and only two employees are inside. I explain the situation, and I immediately notice that the phone is off the hook, just sitting on the counter, ringing unanswered. One employee casually picks it up, says “Domino’s, please hold…” and puts yet another customer on hold without even trying to help them.
Then, without asking me a single question, the employee says, “I’m giving you a refund.” Before he can finish, I stop him and say I don’t want a refund — I just want the food I paid for. He replies that the refund was already issued and there’s nothing else he can do.
So to recap: I waited over 3 hours, received no food, was ignored by phone, had to physically travel to the store, only to be told there’s nothing they can do. I understand it was a $20 order, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is infuriating.
This was beyond a delay — it was complete disregard for the customer. I am incredibly disappointed and expect this to be escalated beyond just an automatic refund. At the very least, someone should be addressing how this store handles late-night orders and customer calls, because this is not how any business...
