My recent visit to this restaurant left much to be desired as my experience was marred by various disappointments that highlighted significant shortcomings in both service and management. Despite taking the initiative to place an order in advance, I was dismayed to encounter a substantial delay in receiving our food, ultimately leading to a missed opportunity to savor a meal with my wife during my limited lunch break. The lack of timely service and communication was not only frustrating but also indicative of a disorganized and inefficient operational system.
Moreover, the interaction I had with the restaurant manager regarding a potential job opportunity for my stepson raised further concerns about the establishment's professionalism and treatment of employees. It was disconcerting to learn that my stepson was offered a position without undergoing a formal interview process, which should be a standard practice in any reputable business. Subsequently, he faced confusion and uncertainty regarding his working hours, only to be abruptly informed that his services were no longer required without receiving clear feedback or guidance on the matter. Such disregard for proper protocol and communication not only reflects poorly on the management but also creates a disheartening experience for employees.
In light of these experiences, it is evident that there are significant deficiencies in both the service provided to customers and the treatment of employees at this restaurant. The lack of professionalism and effective communication is a cause for concern and underscores the need for substantial improvements in how both patrons and staff are handled. It is my sincere hope that the owner of the establishment will take proactive steps to address these issues, implement necessary changes, and foster a more positive and conducive environment for all individuals involved. By prioritizing better communication, efficient service, and respectful treatment of employees, the restaurant can work towards enhancing overall customer satisfaction and employee morale.

Get to Ledo's the girl who took my order thought I asked for cheese pizza! She realized this once I started asking questions about ingredients on the pizza that she made a mistake. I don't remember her apologizing but she did tell the cook to make me another pizza & informed me it would take 15mins. I was disappointed but still willing to wait. I even decide to pay before the new pizza was ready so i could eat my wings while I wait. So I went to the register & a male greeted me this time. I told him I wanted to pay for a large supreme pizza and wings. He then told me a whole different total of $42 and some change. I was shocked that the priced changed especially because I was inconvenienced by the womam who took my order. She even repeated the order back to me while on the phone so I know she just made the wrong pizza. All this is going on while I have $40 dollars in my hand and the male cashier didn't understand why I would still think I was still paying $38. My response was that I am a customer & the business got my order wrong so thus I should receive some kind of appeasement. He repeated to tell me he couldn't do it but after 60secs of going back & fourth he finally decided he could take $2 off. Paid the even $40 waited for my pizza. Read moreWorst customer service. We ordered for the first time at this location online. We arrive to pick up order and were told there is a long wait. My husband explained that we order online. Were still told there is a wait. Mind you we ordered over an hour before we went to pick up. We waited a while my husband went back up and was told they didn't have an order for us. The front lady never bothered to look to see before she said there is a wait. He showed the order number and that is showed ready on the app. The manager checked it took her a while to find our order for online. It obviously was not made.. As she complained to the back cooks about not having the order we waited another 10 minutes while she explained to him. 2 hours later after we ordered, they made the order and it was wrong. The lady up front was so rude to people as we waiting to other customers. So worried about the bags on the counter and her only response when people say they order is pizza's are coming out. Some people didn't even order pizza and were waiting. The cook in the back had his mask hanging under his nose and sweet rolling from his head. He came out if the kitchen to look up something.
