This is definitely one of our go-to dinner spots for fast but quality food. We usually have no issues but the last two times were definitely more mediocre and we left feeling disappointed. We ordered the saucey bites once regular and they barely had any sauce so was lacking on flavor, the next time we decided to try the spicy version to see if it was better but was just hot but not much additional flavor. We always share a ring and fry basket and most times there are no issues. The last time we went the rings were definitely oversized compared to their norm and just had a different taste because of it. These specific onion rings are why we come to Gino's as they are amazing!. The last issue we had was it was super busy and we got the wrong food but otherwise service is usually great and employees are friendly. They usually have several different sports games on as well. I will say this location does get alot of traffic from college students due to the proximity to Towson University but is never super loud. Our favorites are saucey bites (despite our last two issues!), fry/ring basket with mild dipping sauce and a side of cheese sauce, and the make your Own burger (always fresh and made to order) and definitely try the sweet tea! We will continue to keep Gino's in our date night rotation despite a few...
Read moreThis isn't your regular "Fast food" joint as many believe. Surprisingly good food fast is more the right description. Most everything is made to order including the out of this world milkshakes in more flavors then you can imagine. If it's not on the menu just ask and they make it for you if they have the ingredients. i have been here over a dozen times and it has always been clean"including restrooms". Almost overtime i have had an employee or manager stop by my table and ask if everything was ok and can they get me anything. To me the only negatives are student night which while good for students is CRAZY crowded. I'm also not sure if it's my imagination or not but the burgers seem smaller now then when they first opened. I would say WORTH IT if you like your burgers and chicken loaded with stuff but NOT WORTH IT if you like plain no frills burgers and chicken as it's kinda pricey for a PLAIN burger or chicken( it's all practically one price whether you get toppings or not except a few items). You can also get BIG salads which have always been fresh for me but beware to read exactly what you are buying because the display can be a bit deceiving as to what you get on which said and what is EXTRA. DEFINITELY worth a stop by if you like your...
Read moreThis happened several years ago but I thought I would get this off my chest. I ordered a Gino Giant, fries, and a soda. I noticed a tip jar at the register. I did not tip. When I received my burger, there was very little lettuce or sauce and no cheese. I did not take back my order because I know it was that I did not tip. I ate my order and left. I don't believe in tippng at most fast food establishments. I wasn't seated, given a menu or had my order taken. If workers are being paid below minimum wage, it should be posted for the customer to see. Since then, I haven't been to that Gino's. Which is a shame because I really like Gino's food. I used to work at a Gino's in Annapolis from the mid 1970s to early 1980s. We served KFC and for a short period had a weekend breakfast bar. No tips, and I will bet we worked harder than the workers at the current Gino's. My boycott will...
