Garbage garbage garbage customer service.... the main girl working there is not a student so can’t say she doesn’t know better. Went there twice. Both times had to knock on the window multiple times to get them to come and give service... they seemed put off that we called them away from whatever they were doing. They slopped bleach all over the counter (really wet, looked like spilled water) and didn’t put a sign or give warning - bleached my sweater and not so much as an apology. Had to ask multiple times for lids, spoons and napkins. Finally gave us ONE top even though we ordered 3 items. The custard isn’t good enough to deal with such garbage people. I visited your location on July 22nd around 4 PM and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. The young lady assisting me was not only unprofessional but also noticeably rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, I noticed a tip charge had been added without my consent or any explanation.

Went to get ice cream with my kids at 12 but they didn’t open till 12:10 pm. When the guy finally opened he looked angry and aggressive. We asked if there was sugar free and he started yelling at us that he was going to throw it away but we could buy some if we wanted to because he wasn’t going to be selling sugar free today either way because he didn’t want to.
