Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

R U D E! They are unwelcoming, as soon as you walk through the door it’s like they are irritated that you walked in! They are not friendly at all, they talk to you as if you are not a paying customer! They are impatient with you building your sandwich. The lady in the picture told me her name was Gina. I did not get her colleagues name but she was EVEN RUDER, but to identify her she wears a hijab, wish i would have gotten a picture of her too. I asked a question regarding my sandwich ingredients as i thought i was getting something else, and i have never received attitude like I did in my 25 years of living. I would not recommend anyone go to this location and spend your money. I reported them to subway corporate as well, waiting for a response. And i will be calling back to the store to speak with the manager as well. RUDE RUDE RUDE they shouldn’t be employed at any fast food restaurant where they deal with people...

It’s super cool you get to build-your-own sandwiches but then the staff need to be a little bit more patient with first time customers like myself that have little or no knowledge about the menu options. Nonetheless, the footlong sub sandwich paired with simple fresh orange juice and lays baked potato chips on the side is Delectable, yum! First time here and maybe I might be back again....... I have come to this location many times but yesterday will most likely be my last time. The individual who made my sandwich was on the phone while taking my order, rude to me when i corrected him about my order, was rude through the whole process and then double charged me. Got mad when i approached him about being double charged and decided to get loud and get his colleague involved. He refused to give me his manager's information when i asked. His colleague agreed with me and told him he was wrong and to fix it. I only gave a star so i could leave...
