I attempted to grab what I thought would be a quick bite but was sadly mistaken. Instead, I received poor customer service, no food, and the runaround for my refund. The app is completely useless and only makes things worse.
I placed an online order that the store never received and when I started asking questions, they quickly got rude. I waited 15 minutes in one of their pick up parking spots and never received my food, and was only told I wouldn't be receiving my food when I pulled around the drive thru for the second time (this was after they initially told me I'd have to come inside despite placing an online order and selecting the option to pick it up via the drive thru).
I've received calls from the Store Manager and the District or Regional Manager (he was having phone issues so it was very hard to hear him) but neither of them have been helpful. One told me a refund was being processed from the corporate office and would be in my account after 7 business days. The other told me I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. This is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and we all know that's saying something.
I'm trying not to hold this incident against them forever but I'm not feeling great about eating at any Taco Bell again at the moment. I definitely won't be going back to the Largo, Maryland location anytime soon,...

On 9/21/2018 at 5:00 pm upon trying to park, there was trash spread across the parking lot and huge black crows all over digging in. That was sign #1. Then upon entering I noticed crushed pieces of a blender on the side of the path to enter, and the sharp blades were still in place on the ground, sign #2. Immediately I ask for the bathroom code, and the attendant walks my son and I to that area. Both bathrooms were dirty--women's had no toilet paper on hand, and the other dispenser roll was like 5 feet away so that ended up being messy, sign #3.
I was set to cancel this experience altogether but my mom had already ordered and sat down. Got 2 crunchy tacos, nacho supreme, and quesadilla combo to split among us all. Well confirmation #1 to run away was the long hair delivered in my nacho supreme!!! Ugh. To the attendant's credit, he (Wuilber S?) promptly issued a refund and apologized, and it seemed he reacted to me telling him about the condition of the parking lot and grounds.
Meanwhile a line had formed and customers were yelling that someone needed to open another register. I'm just realizing, where the hell was...

Long wait times, staff doesnāt seem to know the menu items that well or how the mobile orders work. On my last visit I ordered two black bean chalupas through the app, so all my subs were there. They gave me one correct chalupa then a chalupa supreme with meat, and all these other toppings. I didnāt check my bag before leaving and had to go back. When I returned there was a nice young man working at the register that was so helpful with me and the other customers that had wrong orders. They remade the one chalupa and I left (sadly didnāt check because I explained to them for about 5 minutes what I ordered and assumed it was correct...just black beans, rice, lettuce and cheese. Thatās it!) They have me another chalupa supreme so I had to go back, finally it was made correctly and I checked before leaving. But Iāll never return to this location and they desperately need more staff and knowledge of the food. The young man at the register, Amar I believe, would be the only reason this place gets business because he was so helpful and apologetic while none of the other employees...
