Trendsetter — Local services in Largo

This review is primarily for the ViVi Trendsetter that just opened in Laurel. I walked into the store because I was curious to see what this new store had to offer. Upon my arrival, the sales associates stared straight at me and then continued with their conversation amongs themselves. Anyways, i did not get a greeting, no how can we help you--- nothing. I perused through the store and saw they had gorgeous garments. Yet nothing my size. That's perfectly fine, I have skinny friends I can shop for. But I wonder, is this why the associates stared straight at me and said nothing?? They completely ignored me during the duration of my visit. As soon as I was getting ready to leave two women walked in. IMMEDIATELY they were greeted. IMMEDIATELY they were asked, "did you need help in finding anything?" So what was the difference between me and the other women? Size. I am a plus size girl! Yes curves, rolls everything. I really feel like the sales associates ignored me because im overweight. Or maybe they were just so caught up in their conversation with each or other, that my needs as a customer were not important enough (Btw they were gossiping about a potiential associate 😂).

Anywho, the clothing is beautiful but the customer service is 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

The employees were great and helpful the but manager definitely needs some help in the customer service department. I purchased a white dress and the only one in my size had foundation on it. In front of me she attempts to wipe it off and I stated since I have to get it dry cleaned may I get a discount. She was extremely hesitant and only gave me the taxes off. I even offered to pay full price if they had another one at a different location. The manager was not even trying to help. Her excuse is that it’s a new item (newsflash I wouldn’t know if the item is not clean). Dry cleaning is going to cost more than $3. Honestly the manager comes off as though she doesn’t respect the black community but wants our money. I’ll do my shopping...

I absolutely love ViVi Trendsetters Stores! They are Always welcoming and very helpful! Most of all, They have Fabulous, Stylish and Lady like clothing!!
