Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

My experience today with Taco was not a pleasant one. First the board was still showing breakfast menu however the young lady stated there was no breakfast available. She then corrected herself and said breakfast was available but items would have to be a wait. I opted to get your grande scrambler without potatoes to speed up the process. Next, I asked for an order of large nacho fries. The young lady responded that the fries were one size to which I replied that would be fine and to add it to my order. I was quoted a price including fries and proceeded to the counter. At the counter even with the window closed for the drive thru I heard the cashier cursing out a co-worker referring them as a b** among other things. Extremely unprofessional even though it did not seem to be a real argument but horseplay. I paid for my food telling the cashier what type of sauce I wanted she continued to loudly have an atressive Conversation with another worker instead of focusing on the customer. Shortly after she handed me my receipt and food and asked "did you want any sauce?.....oh wait did I already ask that?" I still decided to try to overlook it and completed my order as I left I noticed my nacho fries were missing I pulled up to get it handled while I stood in line a staff member looked at me and walked off I had to wait for a cashier who was outside to come in and help me. I told her that the young lady altered my receipt(which did not have the fries or the original quoted price on it as even when she collected the money quoted the original price). The cashier stated coldly that they did not carry nacho fries and did I come through the drive through. I replied yes and stated that the young woman did not mention no nacho fries(I would have gotten something else). She replied that the drive thru cashier had just come back from vacation and there were no nacho fries and walked off. No apology, no mention of seeing if I wanted something else nothing. A horrible experience from a normally good service location. I don't know if you all actually read these surveys but I'd love to speak with an escalated person in your customer care department of corporate office. One of these things alone would have been fine and a couple of these issue in one trip is easily overlooked but so many moments of improper ethics and treatment of a customer is not ok. Their drive through cashier stole from me by charging my card $33.51 on a separate transaction from what I ordered. I went through the Taco Bell drive through at 2:30am Sunday morning, got my food and left. When I was down the street I realized that the cashier never handed me back my bank card so I returned to the Taco Bell to retrieve it. Cashier then handed me back my bank card and quickly said “my fault dummy” and shut the drive through door. I though I must of mis heard him and not wanting to make a scene, I just left. That whole situation didn’t feel right so I Checkec my bank account and found that on top of my order for $20.52, there was an entirely separate transaction for $33.51. If it wasn’t for that comment “my fault dummy” which I thought I mis heard, I would of thought this was a simple mistake but now I think this cashier intentionally stole my money by charging my card for a separate order i did not revived and wad stupid enough to think he’d get away with it.

I will update this review after I go back to this Taco Bell to speak with a supervisor. We’ll see how...

I do not think I can continue to support this chain or establishment when nothing I order goes as planned.

I was thrilled that they were serving the Chaluppa box again. I ended up ordering 2, with the exception that one box contain a soft taco and the other a hard taco incuding 2 medium Brisk Mango Fiesta, plus an extra burrito to go.

I was asked if sauce was needed and given the choice of either mild, medium, or spicy, and asked for medium. As I drove to the window, I was handed my beverages first, one at a time, and then handed my drink along a bag. The boxes the food is served in are very flimsy, and I almost dropped my meal.

I do not live far from this establishment and was on the brink of returning my order, but I had no strength to do so. I was within my right to return my order and request a full refund. The drink alone was warranted a refund. The drinks were watered down and had no reference to the mango flavor that it should be. The burritos were made with no care that they fell apart as soon as we unwrapped the wrapper on the burritos.
