I work near this location, and we recently received a menu. I stopped here for a quick bite, and I pretty well regret the decision. There was a cluster of people around the register, when I finally made it to the register I realized what the holdup was. The cashier was incredibly slow and I had to repeat my order, she also was quite unpleasant. She didn't greet me when I approached, and in general seemed like she hates her life, and when I walked away barely mumbled have a good day after I said it to her first. It took too long for a simple wrap and smoothie, it was a little crowded, but I was waiting for at least 20 minutes. The guy who handed me my smoothie was the most pleasant that I dealt with, and he wasn't very pleasant. The smoothie has a decent taste, I got the Acai berry. Then the girl who brought me my wrap was rude, I smiled and said thank you and have a good night, she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away. The wrap (chicken Caesar) was sub par. It wasn't terrible, but given the atmosphere it wasn't worth it. Read morePretty disappointing. I work from home now and twice a week I'm the sole caretaker of my step kids during the day. I normally order out, because it's the fastest thing to do. I must've spent hundreds of dollars ordering from Tropical Smoothie Cafe on a regular basis. On February 25th, the smoothies arrived without the food and when I called TSC, the flustered employee that answered was like "well, what do you want me to do?" I talked to another employee who said I could come pick it up - which, given what I explained above, I think that was clearly not an option. The delivery guy blamed TSC, TSC blamed DoorDash, DoorDash said since it was ordered from TSC, that TSC owes me the refund. I called TSC back and a different flustered employee said they would give me a full refund and instructed the delivery guy to take the smoothies away.
Should come as no surprise that I never did get the refund, so I called yesterday and after much deliberation the manager gave me a partial refund. So basically, some DoorDash driver got 3 free smoothies and I got shafted $25. So much...

Chicken came back luke warm and cheese wasn’t even melted. Threw it right in the bag, packed up, and walked out. Had to wait to get home to the air fryer. Don’t know about you, but prefer my chicken cooked and cooked thoroughly. Did the survey expressing my experience. Was contacted by a lady (Judy) and she explained my request couldn’t be done because of the type of oven. Ummmm actually it can and I’ve had my food in the oven at different locations longer to ensure it’s hot. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE, unless you want barely cooked chicken. Go right ahead. You’ve been warned. Update Feb 5, 2024.
