First and LAST time at this location. Every DQ that we’ve been to in the past has been great. Was looking forward to going out with the fam to get ice cream and left with a migraine. Went through drive thru, placed our order, which was then repeated back. Got to the window and paid…and was then asked 3-4 times what one of the blizzard orders was just to receive the wrong size. Repeated multiple times again to get it right, and that we were still waiting on a small Nutter Butter shake. They then tried to charge me an additional $17. Told them no and that they had lost their minds…that I had already paid for one, however the SMALL (the caps are important for this one) Nutter Butter was not charged. They told me to give the wrong size blizzard back (not a big deal but didn’t think they were supposed to ask for food back) and tossed it in the trash. Finally was given the correct size Blizzard. Reminded them of the SMALL Nutter Butter and was charged $7 (at which time my wife said to just pay it so we can get out of there). Paid the $7 for the SMALL Nutter Butter and received a LARGE Nutter Butter. Asked to speak to the Manager (who had popped her head around the corner 5 min earlier and muttered some jibberish to charge and turned away) and after about a min or so waiting said screw it at that point in total disbelief that an experience like that was real and not getting Punk’d.
This experience really took Customer Experience and Service to another level of low….DO NOT have high expectations (other than ‘what not to do’ if you choose to go to this DQ location). Save yourself the headache and...
Read moreI ordered a double w/no cheese add bacon.I got no bacon. They had to redo our fries to the rings we ordered.I had to ask which size cup we get for our combos because I was going to get the cups myself. The Dr.Pepper,Coke & Sprite were all bad, not flat but zero flavor. They were out of tea.A couple tried to enter but that door was locked. He didn't let them know the door beside it was open.He went to the drive thru to get pennies for my change so he wouldn't have to open a new roll.He wanted to save a few seconds when he closed the register by not having to count the open penny roll.He did this for several customers after me.Then we ordered ice cream & he rang my order up at the drive thru because he'd already closed the front register. He did this for a few customers after me.Wouldn't it take less time, effort and be more accurate to use the front register until closing time even if you have to count more change left over? All that effort to not have to open a roll or 2 (or even 3 or 4 rolls)? Working harder trying not to work hard makes little sense.Anyway the only thing I like there is the quesadilla which they don't even have anymore.O'Charley's also got rid of their quesadilla appetizer.What...
Read moreI really hate to leave a bad review, but I really hope the owner sees this and takes action. The establishment is very nice, probably the best DQ I've been too, physically. But starting from the unknowledgable cashier, she kept having to ask the cook what foods came with what..(possibly new) which is fine and understandable but her lack of attention and customer service, was so bad, I'm sorry. It was like she was staring into space most of The time. The cooks were disguistly hanging over the counter making faces and being unsanitary by rubbing there hair and faces while preparing food, (no GLOVES on either), it honestly turned us off so bad we just threw our food away and didn't finish. (We came up to get sauces for our food that weren't on our plate). Which all were microwaved, because our sotofoam container was melted and had a hallow ring around the top. Then our Ice cream came which was wrong and they were out of what we ordered and just substituted what they wanted. I really don't mean to sound ugly, but I hope the right people read this and make some employee changes. (Also, we were in company the dining area were there families all experienced the same...
