Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Maumee

My hubby asked me out for lunch so we decided to go here. We were sat and ordered our food. My husband ordered wings and a double cheeseburger w/fries. Wings were only ok for a place boasting about wings. I wanted the new chicken Parm sandwich because the other philly sandwich was all out of stock. I get my sandwich and the cheese is not melted so I sent it back with fear JUSTbecause they might spit in my food or put something or do something with my sandwich, but I took the risk anyways. Bc sandwich was not made right!!! Husband finished eating and five more booths filled up. Half of them already had their food and I still did not have my sandwich. It was time for us to go because the time for our lunch was over (hour!) and they gave me two five dollar gift cards. They saw that I still wasn’t happy (The amount was less than the price of the sandwich AND I never got my fries with it)so they gave me the sandwich with it but we had to wait an extra 10 minutes They did something to that sandwich! People you have to be careful. These horrible employees are messing with your food. They have powder or liquid of something no I do not know what it is but there’s no way I should’ve been sick! I was GOING to give them a better review for making it right, but not after eating the sandwich and getting sick afterwards, not anymore!

It might take some time before I eat there again I F I do, it’s S A D that these classic spots that used to be great are run down bc unethical employees. No excuses! Working at a restaurant is never easy you AND THEY know that going into the workplace! If you can’t handle it LEAVE. I have never done anything wrong to anybody’s food or to anyone to deserve this! When I worked in the food industry economy was not that much better back then, I showed up and did my job THE RIGHT WAY until my shift was finished-WITH NO SARCASTIC...

We had the worst service last night. The place was about 1/2 full for the OSU games. As we walk in at 8:30 pm to watch games and eat with kids. We had a large party (10 people) but there were plenty of seating options, the issue was getting someone to clear a table and there was a line to the door behind us. We noticed several staff standing around watching games, talking with each other and the food in kitchen was piling up. We stood for 10 min with the line behind us and I had to go in kitchen and ask for someone to get a table cleared. We got seated in the bar and our waitress was horribly rude. She would not walk around table to get orders only insisted that us parents (3 families) had to provide her the orders which meant in my case I had to walk down to end of table to ask my son and his friend what he wanted and relay that to her. She would bring drinks to us and we had to pass them down. Not walk and hand them appropriately and then same for some of the food. There was PLENTY of room around the table to walk and our party was not that big. Plus the kids were teenagers, not toddlers. I’ve served before and there are creative and faster ways to get it done. She was rude and irritated and told us she wanted lids on the teenagers drinks (age 14) so that she doesn’t have to clean. Um hello...none of the tables were getting bussed, it wasn’t that busy. It took forever to get our food and it was 1-2 order at a time with at least 5+ min in between. So took almost 30 min to get everyone’s food and the appetizers came last. Absolutely Terrible! Not only did my grandma not get to eat with the family our food came out cold. I having a lettuce allergy asked for no lettuce and the burger came out with a pile of lettuce on it then upon request to get it fixed it came back with lettuce still on it and I had to peel the rest off and the burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted to the sandwich. Not only this but my grandma had asked for no mayo because it doesn't sit right with her stomach and it came out with mayo and cold. She never got her wings and upon request it took another 45 minutes plus to the point everyone else was done eating and she was still waiting on food. The waitress was awful! Her name was Brittany and she asked us about our order 5 times and it still came back messed up for 3 people. Then for the check we told her to split the bill in half and even then she came back and asked 2 more times how we wanted to pay. Never got refills unless we asked her. Another waitress brought out our appetizers. She was very unprofessional. When my grandmother said she was going to leave she just shrugged and said ok rather than trying to figure out the mistake. Not only all of this but my fiance found a hair in the food brown to be exact. It was just awful. Being someone who waitressed for a long time this was uncalled for. Typically we are very outgoing goofy understanding people but this was by far the worst experience I've had ever. It was just uncalled for and we will not be returning.
